Thanks Des, the new lense came in handy! It definitely looks a touch better but can only be used with a dedicated cameraman but at least it looked great here!

Yes Alex, I had about 10 guests agreeing to do one just before Christmas but I only ended up converting 2 of them into podcasts hence the lack of. I reckon it was just the holiday season putting things on hold and just the general high attrition rate of guests pulling out. I'll have to get back onto it

Its a lot of sitting around trolling lures until you hook up to a marlin, big dolly or a tuna. If all else fails theres plenty of rat kings around Wollongong area and a few snapper honey holes@@ShroomFishing

Wait, are you saying that BEACH FISHING needs surf and waves, but that the BEACH doesn't count? Surf fishing is different, in my understanding, to beach fishing. I can go beach fishing on many of the bays around the coast without any surf to speak about. In shore reef fishing in the tropics is often beach fishing with 2 inch waves. All the swells break on the outer reef. Yet, you are fishing on the beaches. While I m guessing you were just giving Shroom a ribbing, I feel the distinction is worth being made. Surf fishing and beach fishing are 2 different things. They can come together when you are surf fishing from the beach, but they are not tied together inseparably.

Fishing is about getting out into nature and spending time in thought and focus or relaxation and meditation. It doesn't matter if you're using a lure or fully cooked chook.
