Are these 40+ footers privately owned or commercially owned? If the former, well the hell do people get that sort of money to buy these monsters??

@@MadWolf1980xxx I financed a couple of sub $100K boats here in the UK over the years whilst I was working, just for poodling around an inland river system called the Norfolk Broads. However they cost so much to run and maintain, I ended up getting out the game when I retired. The boating scene in Miami however, is a completely different level altogether :-()

Also interesting that even the big boats 35-40 feet + has outboard motors. Has it something to do with the humidity/heat? Most boats here have inboard motors over 25 feet.

Its Miami. Americans LOVE speedy boats, and if you want to go fast, u need a central console with lots of outboard motors. Moreover, people like sticking to common brands so that repairs can be easy and parts more available. Owning a British or Italian yacht is a nightmare. They sit in the repair facility for months waiting for parts to arrive in when some fix is needed.

@@michiganengineer8621 I think it's a bad arrangement, even without wood involved 🤣. The Girl could have went in the middle.

I’m a Great Lakes boater so I’m obviously in a different world but why does everything have outboard engines?? I/o and inboards are all we have in anything over 20’ here usually

It’s really disturbing to see all the children at the bow of the boats with out life jackets on. Not sure if there’s a law against it or not, but there definitely should be. So to all the irresponsible people and parents out there take the 5 seconds on put them on tour children, PLEASE! With that said, I love yalls videos I watch them all day long, keep them coming.
