Top vid Billy! I started using these tips with my under 6/7/8’s and many of them are CRUSHING balls now! ☄️😍

I was taught this trick by my coach when I was in high school, it was a satisfying feeling having a shot others feared. Edit: very tough technique to get down, didn’t go well every time.

My tips: 1. Do a run up with speed 2. If you are only focusing on power try to hit ball and shoot as hard as you can 3. Hit the ball in the center with your laces
