Who is he? 😅 You’re better off doing interval training, bouts of jogging, fast paced running and sprints, it mirrors the style of running you do in matches 👍

There’s no specific answer mate, it’s about the quality of your training rather than quantity. But around 2-3 hours is how long I personally train 👍

Whenever I do a knuckleball after I strike it My planting food knee starts to hurt Am I doing the follow through wrong because? most of the time I stand on my left planting foot and lean to my right side instead of hopping off once I kick the ball with my striking foot.

Probably adding fitness to the end of your session rather than taking time away from the ball. Playing in matches is also a great way to build stamina 👍

There’s no right or wrong answer mate, the game presents solutions and often times there can be more than one solution. Just feel out the situation, and don’t be afraid to make a mistake as you’ll learn from it 👍

It just means tensing the muscles around your ankle so that if you were to try and planter flex or dorsiflex your foot manually with your hand, you wouldn’t be able to. Basically just making your ankle rigid 👍

You literally just do the same drills you use your strong foot for, but get reps with your weak foot. There are no special drills that improve your weak foot faster 👍

That comes through playing experience mate. The more games you play, the more you’re awareness develops. You can supplement this with match analysis too 👍

They include multiple areas mate. Passing, shooting and first touch. Sometimes I’ll do individual sessions solely working on dribbling, but remember that individual training should be supplemental to team training, where you work on all aspects of your game 👍👍

I was able to do this knuckeballs kicks sometimes, but did never understand how or why the ball went in an unpredictable path to goal. And Yes I was around 15 stupid and so on.

should your toes be pointing upwards? for me when i tense up my ankle it's either 1. point toes up (for like a normal pass) 2. point toes down(for a normal lace shot), so I'm a bit confused on where my toes should be pointed
