To the G80 Owner - there is a little door in front of the front wheels (in the wheel arch) that can be removed to increase brake cooling. It comes closed from the factory but it’s a clip you can remove and the panel comes off to cool the brakes better. I’ve never taken them off my G80 but I haven’t tracked it so im not sure how much it improves cooling.

This lap was next level of dramatic pushing on! With a combination of seeing the owner getting thrown around in the cabin and that verdict at the end. I rate this 10/10! I hope your wrist is okay Misha, looked sore after the lap.

Aside from that lap being INCREDIBLE! I thoroughly enjoyed the debrief chat at the end and I learnt a lot. Misha, would it be possible for you to do a video on the essential mods for people wanting to start doing track days? Most of us have the power but we lack knowledge on things such as suspension setups, tyres, brake cooling etc. I’d love your opinion on these things. Amazing content as always!

Most impressive thing in this video was the psychology. Had that e92 not been in front would you have driven differently if you weren’t trying to catch him. Only realised after you spoke to him that’s what was motivating you. 😊 Unbelievable driving from both. Great video. I have an e92 parked outside, great to see in the right hands it’s not all about sheer power. Love that you’re just a normal, humble approachable guy. Don’t change!

Holy cow, just watching this put my heart rate up. It’s No wonder there’s so many videos of high powered cars like this being crashed! It puts serous speed into the hands of inexperienced drivers so easily. Massive respect to the owner. Not a single swear word the whole way. I’d have been swearing like a very sweaty person the whole way!

You really could see how focused Misha was on that lap. I think that car needs more aero, along with Misha's suggestions. All that power but even on a dry track it could lay it down soon enough. One thing for sure....that was a wild ride. Great work as always Misha.👏👍

The marshall called them out of the track for the day because the car was way too loud. They recorded 131db and the limit is 128db. Keep in mind decibels work on a logarithmic scale, meaning the difference between 128 and 131 is massive.
