@MatWatsonCars jumped in with me for a lap of the Nürburgring during the Bilstein Experience Day 2022. With almost no prior experience with the car, it was promising to be interesting.

For those of us who appreciate sim and real racing, this video has to be one of the best guides to driving the Nürburgring-Nordschleife quickly. The fact that Misha narrates it extemporaneously while driving brought tears to my eyes.

I have drive it on a sim so many times. I know all the turns and bumps. Nothing can replace the feeling of cresting hills, bumps, and the G forces of high speed down hills when you hit the bottom. Especially the bumps :)
That was seriously impressive Misha! Listening to you nailing it while describing it inch by inch knowing exactly how the car will/should react....bucketlist for me!

By No means am I going to compare myself to a driver the caliber of Misha but any good driver knows the roads back and forth because every little bump, crack and imperfection is crucial. When I’m driving my personal vehicle it’s almost textbook, I drive the same lanes all the time because I know every bit of the road I’m driving on and how it’s going to affect my car and my driving, when you’re on the road you can clearly tell the difference between the people who know what they’re doing and those who are just trying to get from one place to another, absolutely abusing their vehicle, hitting every pothole and imperfection on the road.
Halfway around the track, they quickly pass an extremely tacky Lamborghini. Matt looks out and sees Yanni yelling "NOOOO" as he is overtaken. Yanni is then seriously upset for the rest of the lap.

Look at Mat's face from 13:10 onwards. That guy has driven the most insane production and tuned cars. The fact that Misha can render Mat's face that way speaks volumes.
Oh my god i wasnt expecting this at all! what a surprise having Mat with you on the Ring!

Yes, Mat Watson knows a thing or two about ( fast ) cars and i assume that he has been on quite a few racetracks too. But to get a ride around the Nordschleife with someone who knows it so well that he has even memorized it blindfolded, that´s something else.

I wasn't expecting this video. Great driving, great car and great guest. Loved it! Beautiful job, as always!
Great Video! Your explanation of the track to Mat and the drive after really solidified the need to experience the it multiple times. Please more drives with Mat!
Exciting! Loved the detailed commentary of exactly finding the right line for the car and the ideal suspension stiffness/rebound for the undulations. I bought an S2000 track car and immediately dialed the rebound to softer by 3 clicks after stepping out way too easily when unsettled, and this made a huge positive difference in overall handling, inspiring confidence and lower lap times.
This lap was amazing. It’s shows misha’s experience on the track. Sim racing can’t replicate that feeling of imperfections on the Nurburgring nordschleife.

That was a crossover i never thought could happen! And the instructions are going to be helpful when i take my Supra to the Ring. Only that i will stay on the right side most of the time lmao.
One of my favorites laps on your channel yet, and that's saying something!!!
Great video showing and proving how technical the track is.
Mat's face over the drive was just priceless!
This is awsome!! I never expected to see Matt on here thanks for this Misha
Oh my god, my 2 favorite car - youtubers together, dream comes true!!! This time instead Mat launching the car as usual, Mat was launched in the car :D

Cool lap to see, the setup of this car is giving you much confidence wich translate into a very smooth fast lap. Great!!!
Mishap's passion and knowledge of the track is amazing - totally inspiring BRAVO
Haha watched it with a big smile. Always amazed when people can race and talk their way trough it!
Honestly Misha this is my favourite lap of yours. I so appreciate the blow by blow queues. It looks like having a car set up nearly perfectly helps too. Thank you Misha. You are a true professional and a gentleman.
I am not kidding I watch every episode of Carwow with Mat! I love his comedy and perspectives. Now we know what to ask for "SHOW ME THE LINE"! And we are going to be terrified. LOL
“What’s your favorite bit of the track?” “Everything” Answer was so genuine, just shot out. No hesitation
Loved this video. Need more collabs with you two.
At 13:23 you can clearly see him not having any clue where the track is going next. And a sight relief after the hill when he knows hes fine :D haah
Finally someone showed Mat how its done 😀
Killer description and what a lap. Loved it.
I watched the two of you guys every day. You'll video are great 👍
Thank you for the instructional video, Misha! Going to try your braking marks in iRacing this weekend.

Hearing it with the driving instructions was awesome
I smile all the time, just watch Mat face arround the corner and bump, it was hilarious... Misha is the best !!!
10:37 Matt: What’s your favorite bit of the track? Misha: All of it. A few moments later… 12:43 Matt: After the Carousel is my favorite bit. Mischa: Yea, for me too. Especially the downhill jumps. Matt: 💀
Wow I can see progress in your driving. Been following you for years.. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 All the best from Montenegro 🇲🇪

Wow, best and most informative lap of this iconic track.
After the first ¼ of the Ring, Matt's face turns from amazement to sheer pain and desperation 🤣

Honestly I am impresed. Extreme experience. It shows how weak we are compared to theprofessionals. I benefited from training on a small track. It allows you to verify the conviction of your own skills. An engaging activity that pushes you forward and motivates you to get better with each lap. Great movie guys
Love this combo!
that B roll at the start with that music. literally chills.
One of the best onboards I’ve ever seen
Well this was a pretty enjoyable and thrilling lap. I struggle to grasp what it must feel like flying around those corners at those high speeds. It must be next level to experience that. Even more so for somebody like me.
Another Super Amazing run …. !!! Shows you know the track with your eyes closed !!… great in every way!!

Thanks Misha, I enjoy watching you attack this track, have learned a lot with you. God Bless brother be safe.
incredible skills Misha as always love it!
0:52 Your boy's killin' it with the shots! Cinematics are a knife-edge of, "blah blah blah b-roll yeah yeah cool story" and, "Wow............... just, wow!" Your recent edits are very much the latter ;)
Love you guys both
Great lap! Super entertaining.
Best video you've made in years!!!!! And I've never heard of Mat Watson.....
That was a very good video Misha! It showed some of the things that are not obvious about driving on the Ring, such as how to move the car to overcome the uneveneess of the surface. I was thinking it would be great to create a similar video to this that films the pedal box and shows how do you deal with them on track. My biggest concern going on the ring would be I would instintictlvy lift off the accelerator pedal and spin the car. But if I have seen how it is done it would give me an idea how to practice before hitting the track. Great fun as always with both you and Mat though.
The crossover we never knew we needed!
This is the sort of collab I'm here for ✌️
This was awesome Misha!
