    *so I've been trying this workout for 4 days i will be honest i have tried like 30 legs workout in my lifespam this workout is the hardest but this workout is the most effective also my pants that didn't fit me last week ago finally fits im so happy thank you for this workout*

    @@katja6000 hello, its not so easy to have bulking up legs. Squats will not bulk up your legs if you are on a deficit caloric or eating healthy and dont forget to strech after this video. I just finished my streching routine. Keep going all. Btw Nina has the best workouts everrrr

    Ohh.. These are somehow rather advanced workout for my case as I've been taught during my physiotheraphy session by my physiotheraphist ...to lean onto a table with my elbows and lift both my heels at the same time with legs wide aparts simillar like this too.Felt some pains on my fractured feets so I've to be careful only can do twenty reps.😁TQVM Nina ....hope still can pass on my case.

    its really effective im still at day 4 yet there are already changes my thighs finally social distancing welp i also drink green tea before sleeping also helps im still on going and be back again when period is done is really effective for me keep going!!!

    If y’all are ever wondering if this workout works or not........ IT DOES!! I have tried lily Sabri’s, Chloe Ting’s and April Hans inner thigh workouts (and don’t get me wrong, but they didn’t really work on me) but she help me get the space between my inner thighs!!! Uhhh if only I had found this video sooner but yeah that’s some information and I hope it helps! Remember: all body’s are different so I’m not saying that you are guaranteed to have inner thighs but it really did work for me so I do recommend!!!

    Not gonna lie, this is the best workout ever. I did this for 3 weeks and I swear my thighs look so different. My thighs is always been my biggest insecurity but now I feel happy with my thighs. Even my mom notice that. She said I'm getting skinnier. Thank you so much, Nina. Your workout is the best. I will keep doing this until I got my desired legs ❤️

    I'm teenager and I want my thighs to be Thin and trust me guys this excercise really work I know it's painfull in starting but it's work too in the first day my legs were literally shaking doing this but after 3,4 days it's not that painfull if you are thinking for doing this then just do it, it will work. ALL THE BEST.

    Day 1: done. It’s burned A LOT, I almost stopped half way but kept on going👍🏻 Day 2: done. made it to the full video without resting. I’m someone who’s really competitive so I tried really hard to go through it. Day 3: done. my legs are shaking- it’s really hard but it burns so🥲. Sorry I forgot about updating. But I have been doing it for a week now, I do see some differences in my thighs- I lost about 3 cm on each. This really works. Another thing I wanted to say is that I did cardio for 15 mins, I think that helped me too. I didn’t go on a diet, I ate whatever I wanted but in portions. THIS WORKS👏🏻

    I'm gonna do this for 2 weeks to see my results Start Right Leg: 50cm Left Leg: 50.5cm Day 1: I really feel the burn Day 2: still burns a lot Day 3: still really burning but not quite as bad as before Day 4: still burning but I got through it Day 5: I'm accually starting to see a difference in my legs!!! I also do a little bit of cardio to improve my results Day 6: still burning Day 7: half way there!! I am so happy with how it's working out 😄 Day 8: still burning but I feel good afterwards Day 9: again I still feel burn but not a sore one Day 10: still here Day 11: I definitely feel less tired at the end Day 12: still here today Day 13: it's rlly amazing how much easier i find it now Day 14: I did it! I am rlly pleased with my results but I'm still gonna keep doing this workout :) Day 15: going to keep going to keep toning my legs :) Day 16: feeling a comfortable burn Day 17: still here Day 18: again I feel less burn Day 19: still here Day 20: still feeling a satisfying burn Day 21: still here lol Day 22: still little burn Day 23: rlly good that after ally this time I still feel a little bit of a burn Day 24: I can still feel a smal burn Day 25: still here Day 26: still a little burn Day 27: nearly there! Day 28: still here Day 29: only 2 more days! Day 30: I did it! 30 days woohoo!!

    now we need a tutorial "how to walk after this workout?" :/ upd: well, on the second day, I felt a little easier and this training no longer seemed like an eternity, the effect will definitely be🔥💪🏻i love it🧡 upd2: on the third day it became even easier and I almost did not take breaks🥰

    Been really hating myself lately, so I'll try this workout! I'm on a diet, 60 kg, and 1m67. Let's try this! Day one: I'm dying, but I did it. Soooo hard, yet really great, I could feel the burn! Day two: Sooooo tired, but okay. Harder than yesterday, but I won't give up! I can do it! I think... Day three: Was too tired... Day four: DAMN THAT WAS HARD!! But I'll keep going! Like or smt to remind me! Also, you're awesome and valid and wonderful!

    Wait... this video was published on the 6 dec and u commented a week ago. The date today is 21 so 21 - 7 = 14. So ur comment was written on around the 14th meaning you only did the workout for 8 days. This means u are lying and didn’t do the workout for 2 weeks as that’s not possible...     I’ll try this for 5 days and update with results , I really hope this heaps my stubborn thighs starting size 54.5 cm on both thighs Day 1: omg my legs are shaking they are hurting so badly I could barely walk today✅ Day 2: it was easier but my legs are still aching from yesterday ✅

    since i don't see a lot of updates on progress, i'll try to do one! for a little background, i've done ballet for 10 years now and have been a competitive dancer for 5 years- so lots of muscle in my legs already but trying to slim down the inner thighs! day 1 measurements (before workout) (six inches below my hip bone) -> left leg: 19 inches, right leg: 19.4 inches day 1 after workout feels: i definitely feel the burn! i'm not feeling it as much as i thought i would in my inner thighs, more so in the muscle right above my knees- tomorrow i'll try doing a few turnout stretches before to increase my turnout and then see how it goes! day 2 feels: so yesterday after the workout my legs felt really weak- which is good! today before the workout, i did a few turnout stretches, and really focused on finding and using those inner thigh muscles- feeling the burn a little more! not gonna measure until one week after! day 4: finished! day 4: finished! day 5: finished! day 6: finished! day 7: finished! after workout measurements: left thigh: 18.2 inches, right thigh 18.5 inches after workout feels: this definitely slimmed my inner thighs, but also as a ballet dancer i really felt like i was bulking my outer thighs as well which kinda freaked me out, so i will not be continuing this workout, but i encourage everyone else to keep going!

    Start: left leg - 54cm right leg - 53cm Day 1: ✅ it looked so easy but it's really killing me Day 2: ✅ my thighs hurt so much tday Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ ✅ yup did it twice!! Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ it had been a week and tbh I don't see a difference, I stopped eating junk food bc Im on a "diet" rn, but I feel the burn on my legs every day so I'll continue for results! Guys I didn't upload but I did do this every day, it has been 2weeks and I've lost 1cm per leg, it's not a lot but Im still very happy

    I’ve been doing these workout for 2 weeks now and I have noticed that my thighs are getting slimmer than when I first started doing the exercises, plus, these workout has been easier and easier, and I still remember the first day that I did it when my legs were totally shaking like crazy!!     what body type are u? from the looks of it this workout seems more beneficial for ectomorph type bodies. i think because the movements work the muscles a lot. i hope u find a better workout!!

    @@jellytoes6143 it would be cool if people wrote their body type when they wrote about the results. my wrist is quite thin so I'm probably an ectomorph, but I'm only on the 2nd day. I would not like to make my legs more massive

    I'm so sorry guys. I started jump roping for weight loss and couldn't continue with this workout cause my calves gave up on me. So I'm taking a mini brake until my legs get adjusted to the new torture I'm putting myself through. (JK! Jump roping is kinda fun) I'll be back after 2 weeks and continue this workout once again from the start cause i love it. Good luck to all those people still doing it.

    I am starting to do workouts for a month. Give me motivation and please wish me luck. Day 1: ✅Wow, this killed my legs. I also did this with a back workout and butt workout Day 2: ✅ My calves feel sore. Day 3: ✅ I can't wait for day 7. I added a new thigh workout to boost this but deleted one. Day 4: ✅ Another day, another slay. 3 more days until week 2 Day 5:✅Done Day 6:✅ Day 7:✅I skipped a day so replaced it for today. I have not seen results yet because it takes a month.     THIS WORKS. i have weak legs for some reason, so i usually skip leg standing workouts and this made me inconsistent for a couple of days especially this workout is hard, but there's still a huge difference since it also toned my legs. That motivated me to keep continuing especially it gets a lot easier and because i also wanted to model. thank you sm nina! I'll go back after a few days.

    Done so many leg workout but this is on another LEVEL! Love the burn tho. Day1:☑️ i’ve got tachycardia, leg shivering.🤣 Day2-☑️ still a bit hard Day3-☑️ don’t know why but i think today is a bit harder than yesterday😂 Day4-☑️ my legs are on fire 🔥 and i love it. Day5-☑️ getting easier as i feel it finished up earlier than before(leg still on fire tho) Day6-☑️ the burn keeps going✔️✔️ Day7-☑️ never get used to but love it

    mesurements: left thigh 54 cm(21 inch) right thing 54,5 cm(21,5 inch) im going to do this for a week to see if i will get any results(im not doing any diet im just eating healthy) day 1: done (it really burnt) day 2:done (i wasnt that sore as yesterday because i streched before and after the workout) day 3: done and it was easier

    Men 176cm 56kg First minute: I had to take a 20-second break, my legs were burning. Day 1:✔️ Left Thigh: 52cm Right: 52 Left calves: 33 cm Right: 33 I did it with breaks because I would not be able to do it.

    updating! (like comment to remind me) day 1: ✅ it was so painful and I had so much breaks but I did it day 2: ✅ day 3: ✅ managed to do without any breaks! day 4: ❌ couldn’t do it as I was out all day and super tired day 5: ✅ did it and went lowest I could so I wanted to let the ppl reading this know that I’ve switched to Nina’s thigh gap workout as I’ve noticed it’s more effective!!

    Thankyou Nina your work out has helped me alot and now after doing this workout for 2weeks my thighs have gane muscles and become soo skinny and long first my thighs were like 51cm and now it is like 41 cm. And to all those people who want to know if this workout works then from me it would be a big YES IT WORKS i am soo happy with the results

    Started about 4 days ago. I’ll use this comment as my log book. Thank you for the motivation 🥰 Day 1 ✅ was VERY difficult (missed the 2nd day bc of the pain in legs🫣😂) Missed a day ⛔️ Day 2 ✅ easier, still taking breaks. Day 3 ✅ easier, still with breaks. Day 4 ✅ with breaks. Day 5 ✅ with breaks, but not shaking this time. Day 6 ✅ (June 1st 2022) feeling terrible. Tried to force myself to do this without breaks, but it worked the opposite. Fell on the couch with a bouquet of tachycardia and arrhythmia and then felt dizzy 😂🤌🏻 will do this only with breaks! 😂 legs are slimmer today btw 🤔 Day 7 ✅ still w/b. Looking in the mirror every 10 minutes 🥰 I don’t know if this is just what I want to see or I truly see the difference, but my legs look perfect!!! In a week?!! 😍😍😍 So effective! Thank you again ❤️ Day 8 ✅ this time only 2 breaks, but very tired. My heart… The problem is in the heat too + I forget to breathe normally 😂 This makes it more difficult. But It gets easier every day. Day 9 ✅ no breaks 😐 exhausted! Legs started to ache like an hour ago. I think it’s because of my yesterday’s workout with only 2 breaks. Today is the first time I did it with no breaks. I do it in front of the mirror, it helps 😂 Legs look WAY better! Day 10 ✅ … no breaks, but after the 5th minute, the pain begins. The heat and my heart rate are pressuring…. Sweating after this workout 😂🤌🏻 Day 11 ✅ hmm… Feeling just like 2 days ago 😂 hope it will get easier soon. 😂 Day 12 ✅ Not lying on the bed today after the workout 🥹 Not really sweaty, but my heart is beating fast. I need air… Day 13 ✅ Almost two weeks 🥰🥹 Not that easy yet. Still want to take a break, but continue doing it synchronized with the video. 😅 Day 14 ✅ Yes!!! Two weeks now! Luckily it’s windy today. Heart is feeling better, at least I can breathe normally. A bit sweaty 😅 Muscles still hurt after this workout, but it means that this exercise is working ❤️Legs are lovely 🥰 I hope I’ll make them even better! The problem is in the heat. I can’t workout during the day. At night I’m already tired, but continue doing it! The good part is that I see the results every day+I don’t stop for a break anymore, except the one in the video. ✊🏻😁 Missed a day ⛔️ Day 15 ✅ didn’t do anything yesterday. I needed some rest and it helped a LOT! Was so good and easy today. Yes, still hurts and a bit sweaty, but my heart is doing great! 🥹❤️ Day 16 ✅ EASY 🫰🏻😅 Day 17 ✅ Day 18 ✅ Day 19 ✅ The heat is killing me. Had to do this with the phone in my right hand and the hand fan in my left hand… not joking 😂 Day 20 ✅ Missed a day ⛔️ Day 21 ✅ Missed the workout yesterday bc of the heat. Feeling so tired and sweaty 🫤 Missed a week ⛔️ Was busy Day 22 ✅ With 2 breaks. Too hot outside, I don’t want to faint. Update: Finished this workout. Added other workouts too, that's why I get tired fast. Takes much time... I already got the result I wanted after this video. So... to make my legs slimmer, it took me like 2-3 weeks. Height 165, weight 55kg that's why I just needed to make my legs slimmer, therefore didn't take much time, just 3 weeks. Now I'm starting other workouts too for arms, calves, belly and butt. 😁 It's time for some changes. Maybe my heart will feel better too. Started with this workout and now I'm motivated!!! Will continue making my life and body better! 🥰

    @@useo.haessal Hey! Thank you for commenting here, I felt lonely, no jokes 😂 Yes, they look skinnier and toned too. I mean I see muscles already instead of fat. I asked other people, they see it too. Not like a jock of course, I wouldn’t do that lol but the thighs don’t shake anymore when I walk lol 😂 also when I lift my legs up, thighs don’t hang down as before. I didn’t measure them before this workout to know if they get skinnier for sure, but seems like legs get slimmer. 🤗

    @@AlizaKhan-ot8sm Hi! No, it doesn't! It slimmed down my thighs a lot! This workout is perfect if you don't want to have bulky legs. My claves are not bulky at all! I 165% recommend it!

But It slims down the leg overall *mostly thighs* if you want to slim down your calves, you can look up some workouts on youtube. Search Gloria song slim calve workout. I did hers a few months ago I did get a few results. Hope it helps :)

    I’m going to do this everyday for a month anyways- day 1 ✅ my legs are burning a lot and no breaks. Only did it once today Day 2 ✅ dying still lol Day 3 ✅ nothing much has changed as expected Day 4 ✅ continue to persevere >:)

    So here is mine going: DAY 1: ✔️ (i neither have legs nor have words) DAY 2: ✔️(i was not even able to get out of the bed) DAY 3:✔️(what am I doing to myself) DAY 4:✔️(something is weird with my legs) DAY 5: ✔️(can I say i see some change) DAY 6:✔️(maybe yes maybe no but ya NO MORE PAINNN!!) DAY 7:✔️(OK so u are saying that my shorts are a bit lossed) (Woohoo!! It's one weekkk well maybe I am able to see some slightest changes. Gotta keep going!!)     day 1: felt it! had to take a couple of breaks! day 2: didnt get through it because i was busy! i lost motivation, but that’s okay!! im restarting!❤ day 1: it was a bit easier! day 2: i got through the whole thing without breaks! was really easy today! im gonna do another of yours! (also a tip! reading through the comments as you work out is helpful! not only does it distract you from the pain it also gives you motivation! stay strong!!) day 3:i felt it but got through it! day 4:

    Ive been through an intense change form the beginning of this year, i came from being 66 CM on each thigh to 48 CM in 3 months. Now im looking for something that helps my calves too, this is a very good training. 😊

    i started this workout 4 days ago, and I can't see any changes per say but I do feel a difference in my inner thigh, when I walk they don't clash as much. I think I'm gonna continue to do this workout for maybe 2-3 weeks or more because I miss my old fit body. Thank you Nina, this is the first leg workout I've actually love to wake up the next day and look forward for. right now my thighs are 62cm I hope to come to 52cm. Best of luck to everyone. I will update when I get to my goal.

    I started this a few days ago but I'll start the result thing today I just wanna know how long it will take to see results L: 51cm R: 50cm Lower thighs: L: 44cm R: 43.5cm I'll update in a month ..We're coming to the end of March and I really want to tell everyone about my progress until next month's update! L: 50cm R: 49cm Lower thighs: L: 42cm R: 42.7cm Though its not a huge difference, its probably because I'm still eating the way I usually do (1-2 proper meals + snacks) See you in May (doing another workout for experiment in April) for the next update! A con is that it makes my legs look bulky and stubby when I just want them chopstick legs Update again! The reason why I thought I was bulky was cause I didn't stretch. Other than that I haven't been doing the workout since I've been busy, but I will start it again today :> currently my legs are the same sadly, and I just want to know some suggestions on how to get chopstick legs.
