This was a good one Ian. A VERY good one. Jamie sounds like she's describing her own episode of "Orange Is The New Black". Your podcast must be growing in leaps and bounds because you're delivering the goods consistently.

She’s a great storyteller. Very entertaining. Very interesting. Very intelligent too. So glad she’s found her calling and niche in life. Life’s detours led her to a great place.
her story is very comparable to mine. but instead of 45 days i spaced my DUI's out over 10 years. took me so much longer to find my way to sobriety.

Sickness addiction is sickness. Yours took a lot longer to treat covering too. I don’t say what type right away because I just feel like the most common denominator is the fact that we all suffer from the same thing.

@@atakorkut5110 oh I fully understand that. Hell, 12years in and out of jail, homelessness, losing my kids. Didn't matter, I had to feed my sickness. I'm happily 2 years sober now.
Props to Ian, I have no idea how he wasn’t laughing his ass off listing to all her stories.

I love the lighting on this episode. Your growing as a host nicely and your gaffer is adjusting the lighting as the evolution of the show takes place. But as a producer, I must compliment the gaff because it just makes you look so good on-camera.

Thanks you two. Much love to you Jamie. You rock!! So proud of you
I believe this is fairly common too, I would love to hear more stories like this
Great video! These stories are like viewing into how people actually think, without all the acting. I'm amazed how this woman put herself in bad situations, like getting into close relationships with addicts, consuming weed and heroin just to have something in common with those people, plus all the bad decisions that could have had far greater consecvences. It really is a miracle she ended up OK and hope she stays away from addictions. I'm not with alcohol because I had seen a lot of alcoholics as a child and considered it's efects desgusting. But I have smoked regular cigaretes for more then 12 years,quitt 10 years ago and she's absolutely wright about the fact that quitting an addiction has to come from within.
❤thank you, needed to hear your story, loved the way you're able to tell it, & appreciate how you took your 💯% personality forward with you. Lol, Source bought some strong commissary batteries 🔦 4u 🌠

Definitely one of my favourites. Girl is a boss 💪
shes into ian but id totally advise against anything with such a narcisstic. she thinks its cute and funny how she drunkingly stalked and harassed her exes, drove drunk relentlessly and put other peoples lives at danger and is now trying to act like its all cute and giggly funny. totally into herself more than anything else. if any guy was showing up drunk repeatedly uninvited to a womans home, going into her car and home without permission....he would be in prison so fast.

Beautiful Jamie's story, I've been bullied at school too, I was not chubby, more the skinny type. I found out that the way people are built, physically, and personality wise, is what decides the greater part of their lives, their chances, their achievements in life. Whether you are part of a group or not. Jamie is such a nice person, strong too. I'm glad she never hurt anybody. Glad she came out stronger, wiser and ready to help others. The thing with the tobacco, she took a huge risk, she was incredibly lucky that they didn't find it on her person or in her locker.....she didn't put it in her B hole, it was her "V", but how are you gonna past squat and cough, without that being revealed.
Still listening, and I’m not an addict or in recovery of any substance but have a lot of if in my family, and it makes me sad that this women is so convinced that her daughter will be an addict. I hope she hasn’t convinced the daughter of this to. We are not our parents and our paths don’t have to be the same. I have seen the cycle broken with my own eyes. She is clearly into the universe and manifesting but this for both the good and the bad. 🙏🏼

I went to the same state prison as this girl in 2020. SCI Quehanna is coed. I was there during COVID. I did SIP though. All I did was play PS4 from the time I woke up to the time I went to bed there because we couldn’t do any of our programs once COVID happened. I used to feel bad for all the boot camp guys/girls. They couldn’t do anything really and got screamed at all day. I used to send some of my boot camp homies who worked laundry honey buns and other snacks to send me a fresh pair of Nike sneakers every other week. That place is sweet if you’re doing the SDTP (SIP) program. The COs treat the Drug program inmates a lot better. And the food there was the best prison food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 3 different state prisons in PA.

@NeedaHitt
Ай бұрын
I was there in 2021, I was on BA the block on the other side of the parking lot off the main building. I absolutely hated it there. The food was def the best outta other prisons, but the co’s were so petty and the small rules they made us follow drove me nuts. Plus it’s non tobacco They took all my cans and e cigs when I got there that was a rough 7 months. But worth it cuz I gave back a lot of time. I had a 4-8, so I had to sit at a home jail for a while till I got to 2 years from my minimal, then do the 7 months for sdtp but I lost that tail once I finished. I just finished that program last month. April 14th
