INJURED before a RACE three weeks out | ISTRIA 100 Training | Trail Running | Ultra Marathon

The final weeks before a race can be nerve-racking. You really want to train hard and push it, but you also cannot afford to get injured. It would mean an early end to all the hard work, early mornings, late evenings and dedication you've put in.
In this video I talk about how I conquer these fears and also how I overcome some (minor) injuries.

My big race for this year is only three weeks out. I'm competing in the Istria 100 by UTMB in Croatia and I've been training and preparing for this event for months.
