Taylor Rule could be used to find the suitable inflation rate according to the current economy.

No body understood... Inflation 90% depends on interest rate India's interest rate on average is 8% to 10%...2nd is liquidity....all other factors are negligible. Now If u multiply this 8% To 10% on any price from last 10 years ...each year cumulative value to be multiplied. You will see it increased by exactly by it will match the current price You will then truly understand inflation . Example is tea it was 3.5 rupees multiply with 3.5×1.1×1.1..ten times you will get the answer He said if someone get more money ...how the get apart from business...is by more money to generate more interest . This is why poor will remain poor Inflation will never stopped . because rich people get their wealth inreased by 10% every year.

Higher productivity should actually counter inflation. More (printed) money chasing few goods leads to inflation. Countries that have poor research and innovation is affected by high inflation and lower currency value/ purchasing power. Spending money in non productive assets leads to poor economy. Therefore where one spends this money as a government is very critical.
