हैप्पी होली सर सर मेरा एक सवाल हैं कि -हम 2 दो दोस्तों ने एक ही कॉलोनी में प्लॉट खरीदा था, मेरे मित्र ने नगरपालिका के पट्टा जारी 6-11-18 को किया और पंजीयन 12-11-18 को करवाया तो उनको पंजीयन शुल्क पट्टे पर अंकित प्रीमियम और विकास शुल्क के ऊपर लगा जबकि हमारे प्लॉट का पट्टा 13-12-18 को जारी हुआ और पंजीयन 6-2-2019 (2 माह के अंदर) करवाया तो हमारे पट्टे का पंजीयन शुल्क DLC RATE के 50 % कीमत पर किया गया इस तरह हम से लगभग दस हजार रुपए ज्यादा लिए गए। मैने पंजीयन करने वाले कर्मचारी से भी यह बात कही वे बोले नियम बदल गया हैं। वे नही माने और हमे ज्यादा भुगतान करना पड़ा. एक बात और देखने वाली हैं कि हमारे दोनो पट्टो का पंजीयन अलग अलग कैटेगरी में किया गया। क्या पंजीयन शुल्क वापस मिल सकता हैं, मै राजस्थान के झालावाड़ जिले का हूँ। मेरा मोब. नम्बर 8209765736 हैं। Plz help ताकि वे अन्य से भी अधिक वसूली न कर पाए।
