It's extremely difficult to trust your instinct to not help someone who obviously needs it and then later to regret that you didn't help. The ruminating over what you should have done is tough to let go of.
Knowing who and what to trust is the hardest definitely
The empath in me’s got me in a lot of trouble (with one relationship) At the same time, it has fed the intuitive part to keep me aware of the signs, before I fall in the trap.
Honestly speaking, do INFJs have the tendency to be overly suspicious or over analysing or overly insecure at certain points in our lives? I think I was mostly unaware until someone pointed that out to me..

The out of the blue revelation is A gift from GOD!! It good to sense the feelings of others however, this can place the INFJ can be taken advantage.
