I have a two doubts sir : 1. Question : The days you have mentioned in Grievance Procedure that authority has to reply in 5-5-10 days as per hierarchy, so the days you have mentioned is it a statutory.? If yes then where it has mentioned or in which act.? 2. Question: What is the connection between Grievance Procedure which you have explained and the Grievance Redressal Machinery of Sec. 9C of Industrial Dispute Act.?

I am working at NMDC LTD, A Govt of India enterprises. We joined the company in the year 2015 with an employee strength of 90,in a RS-02GRADE. The scale provided to us was 11330-3%-20000 and basic drawn was initial basic 11330/-, but 2 years back same grade batch joined the company in 2013 scale alloted to them was 11330-3%-20000 after regularization but basic drawn by them was 14380/-. We 2015 batch reached the Union for our basic pay anomalies but they proclaimed us that they got pay protection therefore their basic drawn is 14380. We also asked to provide 2015 batch starting basic of 14380 but they refused it. As we were in the same tenure of 5 years revision period that is 1.1.2012 to 31.12.2016 we are also entitled for same basic provided to our earlier batch. As here the work, position, each and everything are same for both the batches then why the initial basic drawn is different . So what should I do to get that 14380 basic salary as my initial basic
