Rakugaki is how I kind of imagine a third-person 3d Megaman game would be with intricate level design, medium to fast paced combat, and almost bullet hell mechanics.

@@hua.. I apologize for not specifying enough. The elements I've mentioned above were mostly referenced with Megaman X/Zero games in mind. Though I still disagree with your statement as Megaman games are what they are mostly due to the things I've mentioned above. If all those elements were excluded in a Megaman X/Zero game, you get X7.

Nice aditions to my enless wishlist.

Isles of Sea and Sky used to be called Akurra. Had a kickstarter back in 2020 or so. I think you had covered it years ago.

I LOVE Synergy’s art style

I thought i recognized the voice of that character from zet zillion. It's Foam Gun! Glad it has a link to Wolfstride. That game is seriously overlooked!

Paper Trail kind of reminds me of A Fold Apart with its fold mechanic.

harvest hunt looks sooo interesting. It's like that part of inscryption but the whole game

HOLLY COW! This seem like a week filled with potential hidden gems. Isle of sea and sky, Whitch and Lilies, Pampas & Selene, Hauntii, Starstruck Vagabond, and Harvest Hunt are the ones that caught my attention the most.

Wow, what a week! Duck Detective, Zet Zillions and Harvest Hunt I got them wishlisted after the amazing demos from the Steam Next Fest. I wish them the best of luck during release!

Paula's & Selene looks great. If I had a friend, I'd definitely play it

For me the standouts are Rakugaki, Zet Zillions, Duck Detective: The Secret Salami, Galacticare, Paper Trail and Little-Known Galaxy. Though The Court of Wanderers and The Tower on the Borderland, Venture to the Vile and Isles of Sea and Sky seem interesting too. Didn't know Besiege was still in development! Hope it's doing well. Rakugaki just seems like a nice and colorful 3D platformer type of thing, Zet Zillions has my attention for the style and character designs (though i'm not as fond of that main character seemingly being a rather nasty person), Galacticare has a fun concept, Paper Trail just seems incredibly lovely with its art style and cool puzzle idea -- similar thing with Duck Detective, and Little-Known Galaxy just seems chill. Hope these videos will help put attention to them all as well as others. Cookie Cutter from late 2023 is a game that the lead dev still wants to develop further and he regularly shares ideas on his twitter. Loads of creativity and crazy ideas that some may not jive with as much, admittedly.

Synergy looks amazing. Never been this interested in a game based on looks alone. I hope the gameplay is just as good.

Witch and Lilies and Songs Of Conquest (Heroes Of might and Magic-like ^^)

Mech Engineer - Simulation looks Top 5 Indie Games of the year material imo. Looks amazing!! Great concept to focus on engineering the mechs and the info systems necessary for high performance tactical battle success! Pampas & Selene: The Maze of Demons - Another Top 5 candidate from the dev of none other than Unepic - one of the original great indie games of all time! Wow. Love the 2 characters switch to solve platform problems mechanic with retro graphic art. Local multiplayer - ah this really needs Steam Deck or Switch to expand to the relevant audiences! Ok so onine gameplay too! Even better. Rooftops and Alleys - 3d platformer with parkour looks like a good effort: Needs that physics rag-doll when your character tanks a jump and wipes-out which is all part of the fun... Isles of Sea & Sky - 2d pixel block busting puzzle-solving: Looks like a winner. This kind of puzzle is more satisfying with the block breaking sfx reward even if you get it wrong. Looks like a lot of fun.

Good vidéo. The sound is cut at the galacticare segment though.

Love me some first person dungeon crawlers and i apparently already had Witch and lilies wishlisted. I guess i tagged that one when i was browsing on steamdb to see if i can prod for anything, looks interesting if nothing else and wouldn'd be the first time i played something yuri based.

Devil Blade Reboot is coming from Shigatake, an artist at Vanillaware. I hope it does well so he can continue to make full commercial releases of his older side projects, it's been fun seeing the old shitposting man slowly work on it through his Twitter.
