    Biryani is not only popular in India, but also in Bangladesh. In fact, I believe that Old Dhaka biryani/kacchi is the best biryani I have ever tried. However, I must admit that most people sell it as Indian food because that way it is more marketable.

    They put egg in fuchka, a big no-no for us Indians!!! And everything is Bangladeshi there, not authentic Bengali/Indian. Some authentic food overlap between the two countries which are pretty nice!

    Had gone there once. Immediately after a storm with a friend of mine (former NYU student). There was zero line. No wait time and nobody after us. He made couple of Pondicherry's for us. We chit chatted with him a bit then took our meal. Then in 15 mins time it rained again. We got lucky I guess. He makes good dosas.

    Help out with a restaurant in NY? Dude you are talking about a monthly rent of 20-30K USD😂😂 And a couple of million dollars in investment at the bare minimum for a very very very small place.😂. A 200 sft apt in NY costs about $4000 a month in rent in a shitty building.
