Actually our Indian sauce is the makhani sauce (like Italy has marinara) that is used by many restaurants.. the restaurant may have tried it with out pasta with makhani sauce and now it's on the menu .. I've tried it btw at home and it turns out delicious

As a Indian i would say You can't compare anything with Authentic Italian food , i have been once in Italy and i had The authentic pizza risotto and trust me till now it's been 5 years but i didn't get those taste in any other pizza ❤️

What can be considered as Indian "pasta" : Masala Savvaiya / semiya, shelgode ( handpulled dough as your fav shapes in a pulse soup a marathi dish), chikole ( another marathi dish). First one is a definite but the other 2, could be.

You should say “Trying pasta from an Italian and an Indian Restaurant”. I haven’t seen any restaurants I’ve been to, have that so-called “Indian pasta” in its menu, (that I know of). As a matter of fact, I’m learning about it only now.
