Understand from the students perspective.. instead of those ones who are earning and living there. She literally has to spend her Indian rupee in order to get that dollar - to further but her stuff. Which is like really spending 3 or 4 times of what you spend here.

Well Explained, i was in USA for my Msc in the year 2016 and every time I went to Indian grocery store I had to choose products very wisely and economically otherwise one can end up getting a huge bill 😮

USA is cheaper than India if you earn in Dollars. Indian currency is 80 times lower so it doesn't make sense to compare the prices in the Indian rupee.
