@@ameyaanu6548yes bcz of some people brainwashed in madrasas. Now it's changing n hope strict laws are formed to regulate education in such so called religious schools. Most people think modi did the riots whereas after multiple investigations by different agencies , media they couldn't prove that as he is innocent and SC of India too gave its verdict in favor of him. N what you westerners see as age of Modi all over world started bcz of that incident only. Sometimes when entire system tries to bring down one person who did everything right at that time then you see rise of Modi. Similarly Yogi cm of UP is rising n soon he will hold the most powerful place in india as PM. N trust what you say abt modi , Yogi is more fierce than him. He is man of culture, valour, dharma. Modi has laid the foundations for great india n Yogi will utilise it to end corruption, riots, unconstitutional laws , will bring true uniformity in terms of laws, health, police across the nation. In the next decade Yogi will rise to power to an extent no other leader has seen in india n the world since the Chola Empire n Gupta Empire of ancient India. He is man of his words who work for betterment of all unlike the Gandhi's who built their Empire n benefitted their relatives. The major reason for the rise of Yogi will be 1) he was fucked when he was down/low by people in power 2) his sense of pride in his dharma 3) his no nonsense attitude of politics 4) his excellency in improving law n order in a state of 200 million plus population where fir almost 5-6 decades riots were common , mafaias were common. His dialogue that he will make mafias get shattered in the earth openly n doing it. 5) his work for improving a state knows as BIMARU( sick) to a level where it is the most fastest developing in terms of economic, spiritual, law, health, investments. 6) can u imagine a state where hundreds of riots used to took place in ayear n thousands lost life every year , not a single riot since he took the office. That is not ordinary that is brilliant. 7) his down to earth nature. Decades of his career his wealth remains same n people see him as a human just like their family neighbours. People all over the world thinks that modi is the epitome of fame n brand that a leader can reach but they all are wrong. Late 2020s n entire 2030s will be of YOGI reign and he will surpase modi easily in every field as modi will also guide him after he steps down in 2027 or 2029. People love Yogi like no other leader as evident from UP. He is n will be a leader that this entire world has not seen since millennia. N a person who has left every materialistic pleasure in his life like Yogi is destined to be such a leader. Hail Yogi. Just wait a few years the entire world will see for itself which the Indians are now witnessing. His style of politics is clean neat n to the point. Every state in india wants him to be their CM which has not happened in india since ages. Modi is the foundation n Yogi is the fire that will propel india to be a vishwaguru.

Karela has major antioxidants and is super healthy if you have a cholesterol and blood pressure problem. The only problem is it tastes bitter. Really bitter. Bitter food = higher alkaline pH - lowers cholesterol, blood pressure, type 2 diabetes.

Malai paneer refers to fat content. Malai refers to it being full cream. It's most likely buffalo milk. If it says cow milk then full cream gives enough cream if left in the fridge after boiling and cooling. Homemade cottage cheese made using vinegar to split milk is softer and smoother and can be sieved using a muslin cloth or sieve and then used in dishes, fried or otherwise
