അംബേദ്‌കർന്റെ നിലപാടിന് വിരുദ്ധമായി പല കാര്യങ്ങളും constiuitionil ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു, കോൺസിടിട്യൂഷൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയതിന് ശേഷം അതിലെ പല കാര്യങ്ങളോടും അദ്ദേഹത്തിനു എതിർപ്പുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

@@nithin4683 yes. Constitution ഇൽ കൂടുതൽ നെഹ്‌റു, സർദാർ തുടങ്ങിയവരുടെ ideas ആണ് കൂടുതലും... പിന്നെ കുറേ gandhian ideologyസും.. അതിലെ victorian ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് ഒക്കെ അംബേദ്കറുടെ ലാംഗ്വേജ് ആണ്. ഞാൻ drafting ആണ് ഇവിടെ മെൻഷൻ ചെയ്‍തത്. That credits fully goes to Ambedkar... നിങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞത് ശരിയാണ്...

ഇന്ത്യൻ constitution drafting Commetiയിൽ 7 പേർ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അതിൽ 6 പേരും drafting comiti യിൽ സഹകരിച്ചു മുന്നോട്ട് പോകുന്നതിൽ നിനും വിട്ടു നിൽക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. കാരണം പലർക്കും അനാരോഗ്യവും മറ്റ് പല ജോലികളും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നതിനാലുമായിരുന്നു അത്. എന്നാൽ ആ ജോലി സ്വയം ഏറ്റടുത്ത് ചെയ്തത് Dr. Ambedkar ആയിരുന്നു. ഒരു democratic countriyil നടപ്പിൽ വരുത്തേണ്ടതായ പല നല്ല നിയമങ്ങളും പഠിച്ചതിനു ശേഷമാണ് അദ്ദേഹം നമ്മുടെ drafting ൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയത്. നല്ലത് ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തതുന്നതിന് പകരം വിവേചനപരമായ നിയമങ്ങ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയാൽ എന്തായിരിക്കുന്നിരിക്കാം..വൈവിധ്യം നിറഞ്ഞ നമ്മുടെ രാജ്യത്ത് ഓരോരുത്തരുടെയും ആചാരവും അനുഷ്ഠാനവും സംസ്കാരവും നിലനിർത്തി ജീവിക്കാൻ ( ഭരണഘടന നൽകുന്ന അവകാശക്കൾക്കനുസൃതമായി) അവകാശംനൽകുന്നു. അംബേദ്കർ രചിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പുസ്തകങ്ങൾവായിക്കുമ്പോൾ നമുക്ക് മനസിലാക്കാൻ സാധിക്കും അദ്ദേഹം എത്ര മാത്രം ഇന്ത്യൻ Democrasy യിൽ നടത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള സാമൂഹിക Engineering നെ കുറിച്ച് നമുക്ക് മനസിലാക്കാൻ സാധിക്കും. കുറച്ച് കൂടി അംബേദ്കറിനെ കുറിച്ച് പഠിച്ചിട്ടും വേണമായിരുന്നു താങ്കൾ ഇത് post ചെയ്യേണ്ടിയിരുന്നത്.....
