Obvio, but valuation itself means if he will be selling all of his shares(considering he owns 100%), he will be getting $1 billion in his bank account before tax

Thus share holding is'nt liquid mone

​@tarunkalra3924 Wrong,he'll never get that whole amount because all of it's shares aren't on his name,there have so many investors,who have the majority stake in the company and no one can sell their shares easily like this,then there will be negative impact on it's company and share valuation,so chill dude,no one will ask him about his starting capital or his background which does matter first actually😏
