బ్రిటిషు వారి లండన్ మ్యూజియంలో ఉన్న మన కళా సంపద కొంత దోచుకున్నది, కొంత దేశ ద్రోహులైన మనవారిచే అమ్మబడినది, మరికొంత వారికి బహుమానంగా ఇవ్వబడినది. మ్యూజియంలోని ఆ కళాఖండాలు చూస్తుంటే ఓ పక్క ఆవేదన, మరోపక్క ఓ అనిర్వచనీయమైన అనుభూతితో ఒళ్ళు పులకరిం పోతుంది. మనకు స్వాతంత్ర్యం వచ్చి ఇన్ని సంత్సరాలైనా దేశంలో ఇంకా మిగిలి ఉన్న ఇలాంటి కళా సంపద పరిరక్షణకు ఏ ప్రభత్వం కూడా ఇంతవరకూ నడుం బిగించ లేదు. అలాంటిది మన వారసత్వ సంస్కృతీ సాంప్రదాయాలు నిక్షిప్తమై ఉన్న ఆ కళా సంపద అక్కడైనా భద్రంగా ఉందన్న ఆలోచన ఓ చిన్న ఊరటనిస్తుంది. మనకు పేరుకి స్వతంత్రం వచ్చిందే కానీ, అది నిజమైన స్వతంత్రం కాదు. కేవలం పాలకులు మాత్రమే మారారు. అప్పుడు బ్రిటీషు పాలకులు దొంగలైతే, ఇప్పుడు మన పాలకులే దొంగలై మనలను పీక్కు తింటున్నారు. మంచి సమాచారంతో కూడిన వీడీయో తల్లీ! 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Proud to be indian, but why? Reason? What india contributed to world? India today only looking itself. Britishers ruled us, by the way Britishers did not looted single piece from India. @Sai KR our population is easily 20 times their population.. so I guess it had to do with preserving , and generating interest by providing public transportation/ easier access to museums. Building infrastructure structure around them & curating events / art installations

I spent nearly half day at museum. I must say that’s insufficient. Still a lot there to watch. The entrance itself welcome you with navagrahas statues. Goosebumps!!

May I know the name of the museum?

As a care taker, Britishers carried those art works over there for safe keeping those days; Nothing but hatred for them for preserving . No appreciation..

I am glad britishers took all these priceless artifacts as they value than us indians. At least future generation indians can go to London and see them for next 1000 years as i am sure they will be well preserved.
