Unfortunately, their past track records for completing megaprojects successfully are not very encouraging at all.

What happened to the belt and Road initiative? The Chinese have always considered themselves to be the middle Kingdom. And for the past 75 years they talked about the silk Route. You might say that it started in 2013 but it’s 2023 and nothing has been done that is constructive. And you have to understand that before Xi this idea was already in the pipeline. It is way too early to pass patronising remarks the way you are passing right now. This involves much deeper analysis just like the belt and Road needed that kind of an analysis so rather than giving lectures let’s wait for the time

For any thing to be put into practice, a resolve needs to be made first. The Suez Canal has reached capacity, safe transportation to/from Europe from/to Asia is already a concern and trade & commerce with South East Asia nations will continue to grow in the future. The IMEC may be historic in that sense. The participating nations UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel & Jordan through which the rail line would pass are well equipped financially and could easily attract world-class talent to get this done. Additional investments from other participating nations would just bolster the progress even further. Same goes for the communications line & hydrogen pipeline. Yes, India may not have had a great track record of project accomplishments in the past but it is 2023 and being equipped with modern day tech only speeds up things. Moreover the current government's approach to progress, trade & commerce is bolder and radical. Besides, especially for getting the rail development in order, India could pitch in as it has some of the longest railway network in the world and thus has vast experience. One thing to note though that Turkey was upset for not being included in the project. Well as a layman I may not be aware of the exact reasons but just going by a map view the current proposal concerning the participating nations makes most sense. 1. UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel & Jordan forming part of the Middle east nations are by far the more affluent nations (if not the most) in the region. 2. The logistics involved in getting the rail line ready means choosing a certain set of nations where this could be done efficiently and in the cheapest manner possible. Same possible goes for the communications line and hydrogen pipeline. It must be remembered that UAE has already made significant investments on these lines 3. May be to start off with the participating nations will be involved but the same corridor could easily be extended to other nations too surrounding the Mediterranean sea Thus the possibilities are endless. And this could be a great start for establishing a strong foundation to bolster trade and commerce in the region for years to come.

The project is intended to lead from Mumbai in India via the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Jordan to the Israeli port of Haifa (hence the war in Gaza), then via southern Cyprus to the European continent to the Greek port of Piraeus and from there through Eastern Europe to the German port of Hamburg . India, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Italy, France, Germany, the USA and the EU - the parties to this agreement - have launched the project by signing the Statement of Intent. This project reduces the geopolitical importance of Turkey and led Turkish state representatives to make open threats with the words: “Turkey may not be a playmaker in the region, but it can disrupt it!” Conflicts such as the Nagorno-Karabakh war are therefore also based on efforts by the Turkish government to open new trade routes through Turkey and Central Asia.

Now 4 months later, any milestone achieved for this IMEC? Indians just talk and talk and talk. Change topic. And talk and talk and talk. They talk so much that they forget what they talk about before. And I bet that in couple years, they will come up with the SAME IMEC IDEA, give it a new acronym and call it an exciting new project. I don’t like this plan… it involves to many nations with competing interests…. the most obvious is Israel. But even assuming all parties are working in good faith all the labor of transferring the containers from ship to rail to ship has to add significant costs… which would make buying from India less attractive. It would make a lot more sense to invest in improving the Suez Canal…. you are one and done and Israel can’t control your shipping routes. Plus, I believe all these countries are joining BRICS so they can trade with each other in their own currencies… it won’t help the dollar. The transfer of electricity by undersea cable is absolutely insane…it’s hard to believe they are serious about this. The amount of electricity lost during transmission over such vast distances would make the electricity way more expensive than locally produced solar. Furthermore, the environmental impact would be hard to comprehend. Is there even enough copper in the world to do this? What about the EMFs… marine life is super sensitive to even tiny amounts of change to the electromagnetic fields around them.

** This is the reason why this won't even happen. Optimism and over promises is the reason why India has never developed. Same with GIFT and same with the already existing tech cities that never had investors. (except scam call centers) ** This is the reason why the G20 IMEC corridor is a Shell Project, unfortunately if Amit needs to make a video for any reason - your biggest buck is going to be about this subject. The biggest loser of the entire show, is India. 1) (Delhi) begged to be in the G20 through the following gifts - ALL Western delegates will be fully covered on all cost and expenses while in India - All the Westerners chose Western conglomerates that are mainly share-holders by China (Hilton, Marriot and Shangri-La) All of this is paid out of the pocket by the Indian government, none of the Americans chose Indian brands. 2) This is monumental, because this is the spark for the next protest - The "idea" was to "give" india a plan to actually connect them from the Port of Haifa - to Saudi Arabia - to Dubai and then "given access" to india .............................. This completely won't happen. I am not going to mention the secrets now, it is common sense why business cannot possibly go to India. (** Hint: The port of Haifa (Israel) is owned, maintained and largely shareholder by China. The biggest customers and best friend of Saudi Arabia is both China and Dubai. The biggest investor, customer and teacher or technology and future growth of Dubai, is China.) Why do you think the Deep State Government of the USA gives so much respect to China. Lastly, EU's direction, including their mainstay policy for future growth is North to South of the entire continent, never Eastwards (towards india). North has an end point at Sweden, SOUTH wards is the direction of EU's future (The African contentinent, this time giving a historic trade deal where resources are being traded and exchanged with a price.) Lastly this is a fact - when all cargo (including indian cargo) departs from either Saudi Arabia or Dubai, it will always dock in Pakistan for refill. The docking bays for all ships are supplied by China. The next internationally known docking bays that are used by transport vessels will arrive at Ports of Kerala (which is owned by China) along with the ports in Sri Lanka. I say this because i really love positive new and content, but i myself i am a geopolitics analyst (i trade commodities and useful goods towards displaced continents, i need to know shipping routes including political motivations.) ** For your information i have not completed the most important point - the UK is currently in panic, because Africa is growing, and they are becoming more advanced. How do you think that happened? (again hint - the BRI did not rob them, in fact the opposite happened. Which is why the coefficient places them ahead of india.)
