Yup I think the same not mozzarella. but there may be cheddar(toast) cheese in the middle layer. not in the upper and lower layers, as the dough is torn and the cheese is dispersed

Какой это пирог ? Это Месхури Хачапури , рецепт теста. Все что печется внутри с сыром - это готовят только в Грузии. А турки как и другие прикарманивают ,заявляя что это их " изобретение". Где это они готовили до этого пока не приехали в Грузию? )))
