Be careful not to step on that puddle of molten metal with your sandals!😢
Que es ese polvo blanco que le ponen??
So glad you guys aren't having to pay the carbon tax like we are here in Canada, this sort of business wouldn't be able to exist in Canada.
their knowledge is advance
at first is that carbon powder? like coke powder?
❤❤❤
I don't get it. What are the sandy oily cylinders used for at the beginning? I see they get thrown into the top of the furnace, but are they fuel (sand??) or metal powder or what?

That is charcoal. Sawdust mixed with oil, and then, converted to chardoal.
I guess these guys have never seen a surface grinding machine before, they have really cut their production time down drastically buy not upgrading their machines to modern ones.
That’s a sad looking casting.
Maybe a weird question, but where's the white powder meant for?

Stops the sections sticking together - like the way you'd throw flour down rolling pastry.

Hi, Are you using coke/coal or wood charcoal for your cupola furnace?
is that oil or resin they mix with the sand?

It's used oil used to bind the casting sand. Not sure whether it's engine oil or cooking oil, or a mixture of anything available.
No narration or captions. I turn the video off.

@@amazingskill786 Hi, Are you using coke/coal or wood charcoal for your cupola furnace?
I'm sorry but this is just plain stupid. There are simple inexpensive things they could do that would make a far higher quality product.
