Incredible Drone Fishing for Cobia

In this episode of BlacktipH, we use the drone to go fishing for cobia in Virginia Beach. Virginia has an incredible cobia fishery, and the drone helps to find these fish. Our cobia fishing adventure stretched two days, and we got to experience an incredible fishing opportunity called "Wake City." Wake City fishing is when the water is super calm, and you can see the cobia "waking" on the surface of the ocean. We caught a bunch of cobia and filmed some incredible content with the drone. Some of the cobia were mating/ spawning, and we were lucky to capture this with the drone.

Just imagine this one day. The last episode of spongebob. Spongebob finally got his driver license. Squidward finally became a famous musician and artist. Sandy makes a groundbreaking scientific discovery. Mr. Krabs makes a million dollars and retires in style and passes his formula on to Plankton to continue the business and they shake hands calling each other brothers. As for Patrick, well, he proves to the world that mayonaise is in fact an instrument. The gang gathers one last time to frolick in jellyfish fields. The camera slowly zooms out over bikini bottom as the closing theme song begin to play and we hear that french narrator calmly say, “Aah, bikini bottom. Here we leave our nautical friends. And as they say, F is for friends who do stuff together, U is for you and me, N is for anywhere and anytime at all, down here in the deep blue sea”.

sight fishing is the best kind of fishing you can do in saltwater. my favorite videos to film are sight fishing redfish. cobia are fun too

I didn’t know you could catch cobia at VA Beach!! I’m definitely gonna go down one afternoon and rent out a boat.
When i film sight casting Redfish videos , we use the same concept on slick calm days as the Cobia. Sweet video bud

I've never heard of cobia before. I've been fishing my whole life but fish mostly freshwater except for stripper and blue fishing on occasion.

I fished that same day in the bay and we caught a couple 45 inchers but the boat that we have has no tower and we only had 10 ells

towers make a huge difference in sight fishing. im lucky enough to basically film from a tree stand on a boat for redfish lol.

What would be hard because the mahi are hard to see since there a skinny fish, also they would blend in with the dark ocean blues

they are some of the easiest fish to get to eat. like big dogs looking for a treat at all times. landing the beast is a whole other story

@@johnligowski not a good way to go about it.... just try and produce good content. And when you do so for long enough you can try and arrange a collaboration with a successful KZread fisherman. Spamming the comment sections will do nothing but make you look bad.

@@N3v3rDuplicated last weekend I caught 4 cobia. And a few Ray's. But all together in about 8 hours of night time , 5 of us combined caught 17. Biggest was 31 inches.
