Chris this recipe is so delicious! I made a slight change to mine by adding a little garlic,and onion powder in addition to the salt and black pepper, and I also lightly floured the chicken before frying. Everything else I followed as per your recipe. It was a hit with my family and I served it with jasmine rice. Yummy for days!!

Yumm, this looks so mouth watering delicious, that I want to cook it on the spot. I have all ingredients needed for this recipe, except for the coconut milk, damn! Can't go out to buy a coconut, as we are having another lock down in Sri Lanka - all over the island - until monday morning.
