How do you reduce stiffness on previously broken wrist? After working my extension exercises, my wrist seems to have a lot of progress but during the day it gets stiff very often over and over again. Thanks

hi MIchelle, AROM almost 100%, still stiffness and occasional pain post wrist fracture, now starting the strengthening, purchased some putty, but harder to work on wrist with putty, can use the putty for fingers and grip. Your suggestions are helpful for using other objects to strengthen wrist. Are there any putty exercises specifically for wrist ext/flex, pronation/supination? thx

Hi, just out of curiosity about how many sets should you do this in a day? I tend to do a lot of desk work and other wrist/forearm related activities. You stated about 10x for these, should I do these exercises with the stretches as well or have a period of rest every other day? Thanks!

Would these exercise be indicated for a proximal row carpectomy? I’m 3.5 weeks post surgery

No, these are wrist strengthening exercises which would be way to early to start at 3.5 weeks. Always ask your doctor when you can do active exercises and also when you can start strengthening.

LOL! It's actually a little hallway nook that was near a window...one of my first videos and used what little space I had!
