Incantations - full song
Музыка
A few people messaged me interested in hearing the full song from my "Incantations Solo" video, so here it is. (Not a video) It's composed by Robert W. Smith and I take no credit for any part of this except the way it's put together.

flute is better, but that's my personal opinion being one myself, but damn is the flute so mysterious until it gets into harmony in the sped up section

Played this in 8th grade almost 20 years ago... really was a blast learning and playing this as a full band!
i love the trumpets at 3:55 to 4:12. those random notes that they play make the song sound so exciting!
Clarinet 1st chair is lit. I finally have it for once
This was one of the most fun pieces we played in middles school. Oh to be young again... I'm glad that kids are still able to enjoy actual music (considering what plays on the radio)!
Our 8th grade band is going to play this at the festival. We have a lot of practice time and already have play Celtic Christmas, so this is going to be a piece of cake! Especially for a trumpet player
I have played this song and I love it I was first chair clarinet and we played this for a senators birthday one time
I love the trumpet part in this. It's gorgeous.
im a clarinet playing this for our next LGPE concert and our part is super fun

My high school marched this my sophmore year. By far, my favorite opener for marching band.
I miss playing this. I'm in 8th going into 9th grade now, and our middle school band played this just this finished school year. I play flute, 1st flute specifically, and it was so cool playing this. It was hard, but amazing. I'll never forget the times we played this.
I played this piece at Alabama Jr High All-State in 7th grade. I absolutely love it!
We played this song in my 9th grade and we got a Gold Medal for it-It sounded almost as perfect as this.
Thanks for posting this.
I played this in sixth grade at Carnegie Hall and just listening to this made reminisce on that day.
This brings so many concert memories from last year and we played it in our festival. First alto sax all the way!
I have just recently played this piece in the All Region 1st band in Arkansas. Im a bassoon player and the one solo me and the clarinets have is so amazing. I enjoyed this piece.

we are playing for our concert contest arrangement # low brass
I completely agree with heypikel. As a trombonist, I would like to extend the metaphorical olive branch to all those baritone horn players who feel like society ignores them. Many times has the playing of the baritone horn section emboldened my own playing, and if I run out of chops, I know my bari friends will be there to back me up. Spademan20, go forth, play that concert like its the last you'll ever play, and ignore those thumb-down givin' snobs!
I play the Bass Clarinet and I can hear my amazing instrument!!! tysm for putting this on yt!!!
I just played this for a KState Concert Band Clinic. Loved it so much on Clarinet and I had to check it out.
Wow this brings back so many memories. I'm in my second year of uni now and I remember playing this in middle school I dont remember if it was in grade 7 or 8 but I know it was our favourite piece to play.
this piece is perfection in concert band form
2:11 - 3:35 is my favorite. It's so beautiful. We played this in concert band last year [:
Oh my gosh, we just played this for pre-festival and are playing it tomorrow at festival. It's so amazing, it's my favorite piece!! ^.^
love this song even played bassoon part and being the only bassoon player in the whole band so everyone knows when you mess up
The timpani part for this is awesome!!
My School's concert band under the direction of Mr. Barnett and Ms. Gaddis are playing this song, Prestissimo Gallop, and In Heaven's Air for festival on the 28th of March in Harralson County, Ga., below Carollton.
amazing clarinet parts i must say! i love this song and cant wait till our concert to play it!!
I love this ! My band has just gotten this song and I totally love the brass on 3:55 - 4:10 ! & Oh trombones I love you !
Ahh... So many memories playing this song in High school.
Clarinet part for this song is so fun
This is awesome. The tenor sax part is amazing. First tenor
aah, i played this my freshman year. hearing it instantly brings back memories. sadly, i don't hear a certain xylophone passage that i adored, although it's possible i missed it. love the bass clarinet solo!
Im in eighth grade. I'm a third year player and we are doing this song now. I think it's easy. It really is an amazing song. Love it! :D

Ok but the horn parts are so fun to play
I'm playing this in my band. I'm a flute and I would say, our part at 31 (if you have the music) is über hard. Probably through the whole song including other parts, it's the part where we play super fast for people without music
LOVE IT
we are playing this in our schools band right now for festival I love this song its awesome
im playing this in band im in 6th grade, 3rd clarinet its so awesome i love the way it sounds on the hardest parts to play. its sooooooo long though, im bad at switching to high notes with the register key also, its my first year taking clarinet!!! its crazy
This song is amazing
I remember playing this song at All Region Band a few years back... if you like this you should listen to another piece by Robert W. Smith called 'October'... it's probably one of my favorite band compositions that I've played. That and 'A Movement for Rosa' by Mark Camphouse
I get the flute solo in this. I'm super excited. :)
this song is amazing
Playing this in Concert Festival this year:) And I have that fabulous bass clarinet solo!:) But I do play clarinet in marching season, so, yeah, woo!;)
