I've worked in law enforcement for over 30 years and if the officers saw any marks on her he would have been arrested. Period. No one has to press charges. No way these officers would put their careers on the line to cover for either of them. When you work were rich people work you follow the letter of the law because it will be an issue. So I don't believe the police saw marks and ignored them

I believe that is true also they state a pic was shown to the Officers and if they didn't see that on her face that day but the pic had some redness they can't go and arrest Johnny on just that. See she knew the officers were coming. This woman is such trash in every way. She acts all like she's so victimized but yet her evidence is nothing. The reason why the metadata is redacted, is because there was inconsistencies with 99% of her photos, so there is no proof when or where they were taken. She alleges the photos were taken before the police came. They could have been taken months after Johnny left for good. Also the officers said none of those photos represented what they saw.

@@Zunedoodle77 The reason why JDs team objected was because the metadata was manipulated. She wanted to bring in photos that either had the metadata scrubbed, or the sequence block didn't match sequential pictures, and some were actually recorded as being taken on an Ipad10 which wasn't even released until after the date the photos were supposedly taken. There were many more objections, like not handing over the devices until 2 weeks before trial started, regardless of the fact that the deadline was Nov 30th 2021. As well as just dumping 58,000 images, when they were only supposed to hand over relevant ones, and many more issues.

The judge said they had to e turned over by Nov 30th 2021, but they didn't turn over anything until 2 weeks before the trial began and dumped 58,000 images. Basically they left it too late and dumped too many images for the expert to work on. I think this is why they are not letting any other images to be introduced into evidence, and also why they took the metadata off the ones that were allowed in.

Watching this a year later Camille got these photos adpmitted by AH’s lawyers! Then proceeded to use them to show how elaborate AH’s lies were Bravo Camille🎉🎉🎉

Always good to listen to these again because I caught something I missed before. When Elaine asked her "Why did Rocky take these pictures?", Amber replied, "She took the pictures to protect me because the Police were on the way." What the heck! Why would she need protecting from the police? Unless she was the aggressor and they concocted a quick scheme to turn it around and make Johnny look like the aggressor. That's why there was no damage when Police arrived. She did all that after they left and took pictures.

I was with a physically abusive alcoholic for many years & despite all of the abhorrent things he did to me even he was drunk, that's never what I attacked. Even now, all these years later, I am still an advocate for him & his sobriety. Honestly, as someone with borderline (I'm also a counselor in counseling to keep me in check), I understand the big emotions that have a tendency to want or even need to come out as anger or vindictiveness & the depths you'll go to either keep them or hurt them & everything she is doing and that I have heard her doing, is reminiscent of that! 🤷🏻‍♀️

“ She didn’t want to get him in trouble she didn’t want him arrested” she was protecting him. After Johnny said no to her financial requests 5 or so days after she files a TRO knowing he’s out of the country and alerting TMZ. This was premeditated and from day one her goal in my opinion was to get all she could out of Johnny. Nothing will ever change my mind about that. I watched every second of this trial now.

I'm amazed they waste their time telling all these elaborate stories and then showing actual evidence that the stories were fake right after... How is this helping their case?

I know I’m just a stranger on the Internet and a lot of times people Make up stories so take it with a grain of salt if you want. My ex ended up hitting me after vandalizing my home. When the cops went to go get her she had beat the right side of her own face/ deputy Young when he had responded to my call prior to going to go pick her up at her mothers house took pictures of my injuries as well as my hands. He also asked what our dominate hands were. She had bruising on her right hand that showed she hit herself. Me being right handed I would have bruised the left side of her face. He saved my life essentially. Fdb.

Remember there was a juror who spoke out anonymously the week after the trial ended? That's exactly what he said, her staring at them was very annoying! Bet she and her psycho self were trying to intimidate Juror #15 who sat on the jury instead of his 75 year old father. Some confusion, same name and address! The lawyers knew and so did Johnny and Amber. No law broken according to Judge Ascarate.

It would be hilarious if Johnny's team could bring in a makeup artist and have them demonstrate the creation of a bruise on Camille's face in front of the jury!

👏🏻 Small tidbit maybe a bit of a side strip here but any woman knows that you do not put your color correcting makeup on top of your foundation

I wish they would have shown the clip of her coming out of the court with her TRO because she lies on the stand saying TMZ and others were screaming awful things to her when actually people were screaming CONCERN for her and wondering if she was going to the hospital. No one screamed anything rude/mean. I so wish that clip would have been shown. She lies about everything.

So im rewatching this for entertainment purposes, and if you compare how quickly she can read and understand where the current statement in question is compared to the last cross examination where Johnny Depp's lawyers were asking her to find snippets of a statement, she went from being half intelligent being able to read, to being a pre schooler who's learning her ABC. Right? I come back and watch these occasionally too and the whole “color correction” part is totally wrong. Any makeup enthusiast can tell you bruises are nearly impossible to cover even when there is no swelling. With strategic color correction under high-coverage makeup you can hide them to an extent, but it won’t look “normal” to anyone looking. Your skin is slightly puffy for a few days and the pores look different. Tinted moisturizer? No. It’s laughable. And wearing the color corrector OVER the makeup isn’t how you do it/wouldn’t work at all. The only truth in her entire testimony is that she used a “bruise kit,” which is a theatre thing that creates realistic bruises (I have one). She was so obviously lying! Makes me rage every time lol.

Bruising does not turn bright red like that. It turns dark purplish blue, then turns to a greenish brown as it heals. There is NO blunt rounded knot where the phone supposedly made contact. Her face WOULD be bright red if she was hysterically crying .... As the officers testified

@@rexerator The judge ruled so because Depp's team didn't recieve the photos for forensic analysis when requested, and the photos they DID recieve were either not relevant, clearly had the metadata fudged by Heard's team, or were irreversibly corrupted. Jonny's team therefore didn't get the photos being entered into evidence as part of the discovery and could not verify the validity of the metadata. When this was brought to the attention of the judge she allowed the admittance of Heard's photos as evidence provided the metadata was redacted to the satisfaction of Jonny's team. The metadata can't be proven as to it being tampered with or not. So, can't be used as evidence.

The coverage on this trial is pure entertainment. I think at this point I've fallen asleep to Asmons voice more than anybody in real life.

I'm still convinced that Amber's bruise/bruises were selfinflicted. These look like stuff you get from bumping a wall, door or cabinet. Or your own hand. And let's be real , she IS crazy enough to do it.

I went up a chair and bumped on a shelf and hit my eye and got a cut and bruise. It bled like crazy and I got 3 stitches. My eye swelled so much I couldn’t open it for 2 days with ice every hour. There is no amount of make up that would’ve covered it. Not too mention the bruising and the blood. She is the worst liar to anyone who has had any real injury in the face.

I have a theory about her friend Rocky. She alone was there for all the sus evidence pics. She and Amber had a falling out at some point. Rocky cried and acted very strange during her testimony. What I think is that Rocky helped her fake the evidence (chipping the bed, the chunk of extension hair on the floor, the “bruise” that looked like a pimple). She lied to help Amber get her TRO and divorce and tabloid stories, they were hoping to keep the penthouses… now Rocky isn’t friends with Amber or married to her oblivious husband and she’s scared bc she has to keep lying or get in trouble for her former false testimony.

I have never seen or heard a lawyer so rude and disrespectful as Elaine even to the judge

I was in a very abusive relationship and no matter how hard i tried i couldn't hide it. EVERYONE knew. Visible bruising and lacerations, i went from a confident vibrant woman to a meek quiet shell of a person who wouldn't leave the house or speak for fear of the oncoming onslaught of mental and physical abuse. Honestly im glad i was able to get out with my life thanks to my amazing Family and Friends. 💜🙏💜 She (Amber Turd) is making a mockery out of Real DV survivor's. 🤬 absolutely disgusting.

I was in a abusive relationship when I was 16, and during the entire 2 years nobody was any the wiser. Either they didn't want to see, or I managed to hide it well (which I tried). I also went out a lot still and covered as much as I could with makeup and scarfs, so we are essentially enterily different and yet have been through similiar things. It's dangerous to think that your experience is the 'normal' for victims as it can be miles apart and the reaction of each victim can also differ. I don't know what to think of Amber at all. Some things I feel are straight BS, and some things that she says I can relate to from my own abuser to be very similar.

The fact remains that we as outsiders have no possability of actually knowing. Now, of course we can form our own opinions based on what we hear in the trial and what we see in their body language. It's still just our own opinion and sometimes they might be conceited. I personally would like to believe Johnny. Based of my own opinion I believe that Amber does lie a lot or at the very least is behaving very suspicious whenever she recounts her stories. The dramatics don't do it for me. At the same time, Johnny has said and done things that I find to be completely digusting as well. The texts for example where he, when under the influence, frequently called her a whore or even said extremes things like how he would kill her etc. Yes, he was high, but to me that is not an excuse (especially not when most of Amber's claims are from whenever Johnny is high). Honestly don't know what to think.

Sure, she was protecting Johnny. That's why she told the cops I will not answer on the advice of my counsel. They needed time to make up the story.

Anyone know when she hired her divorce attorney? She claimed she called her 'ENTERTAINMENT attorney" because that was the only attorney she had at the time. Has it been confirmed? I don't recall that attorney giving a deposition? Wouldn't that have been required? Will we see him take the stand to collaborate Amber's story.

You don't need "different light" to notice DV bruising. I grew up around violence like she's espousing, and the results of physical attacks (especially with rings on) are very, very apparent. It looks like she's had an allergic reaction to something, or botox. I really can't believe she'd lie about such a thing. EDIT: Attacks inflicted with rings would also leave open wounds. This is a complete joke.

I think he's acting cool and collected because he knows he's got this but he very well could be drawing the keep his mind off the trauma, it helps alot to do so when it comes to possible PTSD and trauma. If I can't get away from SA being talked about it helps to get on my phone and play a game that takes concentration. I just don't think the wording "time of his life" isn't the best wording because trauma is trauma whether you know your abuser is fucked or not, ya know?

She is beyond disgust…..we need to be aware of this person who cares only for herself and will do or say anything…..I hope Johnny Will realize her love is only of her own. Johnny would do well to leave this ugly relationship….and never look back!

When there are outside sources involved like the police she can't seem to remember when anything happened but when there are no witnesses she can remember the exact minute stuff happened.

She did the pictures because Johnny said he was through that night that he was going to file for divorce. So she had to file before him and get some evidence so she could get the big money.

The officers didn't report the pictures because they weren't shown the pictures until their depositions which was years later. Amber's team is being disingenuous with their wording, which is why Camille said it's inappropriate.

When her attorney read the comment from amber I think she added the wtf was I thinking about the attorney representing amber. Lol.

Sooo let me get this straight. She didn't want Jonny to get in trouble or arrested. Yet she filed a restraing order, sued him, still spoke to him, and referred to him as a monster... yeahhh alright

I'm pretty sure they are talking about the same dates here with her in the court house. She just keeps contradicting herself it's crazy. Somebody in the Jury has to have caught that. Either you always wear makeup, like she says she was or you don't wear it. Also funny how the infamous makeup-kit is now "not the one I used" instead of what the lawyer said "this is the exact one she used" at the beginning when they first introduced it in the court.... how convinient and also why would they say that? Maybe because they got informt that the company that made it exposed them for not even being on the market at that time? Seems like someone is following the media that they aren't suppossed to. The Jury better have that on their list, because Ambers Team keep changing shit up, aswell as Amber herself.

I find it interesting they both said "stitch of makeup", I've only heard stitch referring to clothing. I'm behind on the trial (because I can't stand hearing Amber's emotional voice thing), I'm hoping to hear this makeup thing brought up again.

Johnny's texts to her show that he's a sweetheart and a gentleman, even when he's angry and feels that he's been wronged. Even when he was done with their marriage and told her he was leaving he recalled their early relationship fondly and with regret, and wished her well, after all she put him through. I don't see a sliver of a domestic abuser in him. I do see a victim however, and (now) a survivor.

Nobody can affirm that those pics are real, she can easily hit herself to fabricate false prove, cops not seen these "injuries" can be prove that she fabricated it. She should face jail time

She's an actress just as she claims she can cover with make up and from her own testimony uses theatre make up she can make bruising lacerations etc . Even the order she states she did her make up is wrong you correct before foundation and concealer. It's ridiculous.

The way Amber's describing Johnny being so crazy and beating her up the way that he supposedly did definitely called for the state and the district attorney's office to step in and charge Johnny Depp with domestic violence battery and so on. The fact that they didn't charge him with domestic violence or battery just proves that Amber had nothing on her face! It's absolutely absurd the lies that she has gotten herself into! And I love how she still using the photo op feature in the audience of her wiping around her eye making it look like she's crying. Yuck!

From my perspective, it is clear that she was trying to provoke Johnny. To make him be physical with her to gain "evidence" and in result, can take everything from him. I would throw the first thing on hand at someone who has been trying to provoke me and assault me for years. You can't expect to start physical fights with a man, or provoke a man, and expect he would not retaliate at some damn point. She knew what she was doing.

Look I would never claim that Johnny Depp is an angel, and I'm sure that he could get ... difficult, when drunk/high but for her to claim to be a "victim of domestic violence" is unbelievable! From all the evidence I've seen/heard She was FAR more violent and prone to a physical altercation and also seemed to initiate said physical altercations. For her to call Johnny an abuser is at best hypocritical if not a straight up lie.

Crazy how she kept looking at the jury through out this trial repeatedly. I'd be creeped the fuck out just sitting there having to listen her fabricate lies and stare at me constantly.

She described Johnny pulling like Street Fighter combos on her and throwing her into walls and down onto pool tables but came out of that with a slightly red cheek? It's just ridiculous.

The make-up artist that worked on her said there were no bruises. THERE WAS NO BRUISE OR ANYTHING!!! EVERYDAY OF THIS TRAIL SHE LOOKS LIKE SHE HAS DARK BRUISES! TERRIBLE make-up job The police didn't lie they harbour cameras! She is running scared!

I feel the same way, I am so disgusted and upset with her and her obvious lies, but I am afraid due to the bullying media and today's society the jury won't exercise critical thinking to see if her story even makes sense, and is contradicted by the LACK of evidence supporting any of her statements. She has literally lied on the stand then just says "she's embarrassed she forgot" the first time she was hit by JD. How do you forget something like that. Before she testified that a person never forgets being hit like she was but on continued direct after a 1 week break she changed her story. Makes me sick the latitude she has received with her lies and even changing the definition of words to suit her story (i.e., "pledge" and "donate" mean the same thing).

As a victim myself who knows fully well how surface wounds look and appear, if Amber had been hit with a phone there would be significant swelling and bruising. Even the pictures from "later/after" the "wound" would be a deep purple and blue. The pictures look like she might have just been crying. There's minimal swelling and honestly looks like it could have been self inflicted. Like she tried to hit herself or continuously rubbed that area to make it seem like she was hit. Amber makes me absolutely disgusted with this crappy form of acting. She is no victim.

Today's cross examination on Heard was glorious. She was caught in so many lies and Vasquez created so much doubt that she was injured at all. Makeup and ice doesn't magically cover major injuries so flawlessly. Heard said "you can't see any injuries in this picture " so many times I lost count.

"

There was no evidence and she knew it. She didn’t care about protecting Johnny only herself.

As a survivor of domestic violence, I can tell you that the police would make a report if injuries were visible whether she wanted to speak to them or not! It’s a law. I know because the neighbors often heard my screams and called the police but I was too afraid to tell the police the truth because of threats to me and my family. The police informed me that they had to take a report and actually photographed my injuries but told me there was nothing they could do for me unless I let them help me and told me they’d arrest my ex right then and there if I let them! I also suffered a concussion and had to go to an ER. It was well documented. A concussion would require a medical diagnosis and even a minor concussion takes time to heal. My concussion was more serious and it took me months to get my equilibrium back! I couldn’t sing, I couldn’t dance, I had no rhythm whatsoever and I’d often be very dizzy or fall down! Also, I’m in California and, by law, the doctors at the ER had to call the police because I was clearly an assault victim. The police came to the hospital and then chose to make an arrest regardless of me begging them not to! If Amber really saw a doctor about injuries she sustained from Johnny, the doctor would have to, by law, inform the police. Also, it makes no sense that Amber’s friend took pictures of her alleged injuries for the police, yet none of them wanted to speak to the police and the police reported no incident whatsoever.
