Finally some zucchini with texture! I hate zucchini because my mom always just serves it sliced up cooked down to mush, it’s literally just mushy blandness in my mouth I hate it so much. I would totally try it this way.
GORDON RAMSAY BE LIKE: That’s F*ck*n RAWWWWW!!!!!
I bet alot of people want Ina garten to come stay the weekends with them so she can cook and all could enjoy the good food
Since day one. Love my Ina!
The barefoot contessa! ❤️
This was a great instruction tutorial..easy to follow
I like how she talks about using Greek yogurt in tzatziki as if it’s some kind of novel idea that just occurred to her, instead of how everyone has been making tzatziki since it was invented... in Greece.

I think her point was more that it was different than how she usually makes it which I think is plain regular yogurt she lets drain. And greek of course is thicker so she can make it and serve it right away.
Assisto todos os dias ao seu programa. Adoro o jeito simples e elegante como prepara seus pratos.
Mmm I love , in Greece and Armenia it's a traditional summer salad with yogurt
I swear I could hear that lamb baaing. 😂

Matt Techera Sorry pal, you're no chef. That lamb was medium rare to rare. My parents owned four restaurants, and I grew up eating lamb at least once or twice a week.

Matt Techera What happened to your original comment? Did you delete it? Why? Because you don't know what you are talking about? How many restaurants do you own, dipstick? My parents have been gone now for quite a few years, but they had the restaurants for 47 years and they were well rated. How long have you worked in your hot dog cart, "Chef Matt"?

Just beautiful quality ingredients 😍
I love how she doesn't use "fancy chef words"...just plain talk!
Fantastic sweet great perfect chef and lady with a lovely smile 💟 like too much yr receipts they are all more more better
Really simple recipe , I think I will prepare it for Easter the only difference is I will cook the lamb longer as it looks too raw for my taste.

Ina takes ordinary food, adds her spin to it, which is based on years of extraordinary cooking, and creates truly extraordinary food. Don’t know what we would do w/o Ina.

5:12 I thought she said, "it's a hot a$$ cucumber so it's less watery..."
All you people complaining the lamb was too 'raw' for your liking... it's rare, not raw. And even then, just try med rare or rare and see how you feel.
😘😍
This looks so good, but I would cook the lamb a little longer. I am not a fan of meat that is not well done.
El q no tiene miedo de nada no pone eso
The rack of lamb is to raw for my taste but maybe medium rare..

That was medium to med-well. A good rack of lamb should come out of the oven at about 100-105 and then rest.

Putting them straight in a preheated oven from the fridge? Shouldn’t you let meat sit out for a bit so it’s not cold when you cook it?

G B 25 minutes is way too long for a rack of lamb. If left out until room temperature as should be done with any red meat, within 10-15 minutes, it will reach about 100-105 which will be perfect once rested.

This woman truly can’t cook any better than anybody else. She was working for the nuclear commission department for the government of the United States , she is just making things off of recipes that anybody can make and she just has the money to film it in a fancy kitchen with fancy utensils that she no longer lives in in the Hamptons.

Wow, you've uncovered information about her that has been public knowledge for 35 years. Pat yourself on the back. LMAFO. She has never claimed to be a chef but she did help gather known recipes and present them to the American public, while it wasn't as common as it is today. She has a calming demeanour that relaxes people and may lower their anxiety when it comes to cooking, unlike hyperactive a-hole real chefs like Gordon Ramsey. Don't like her content? Then watch something else, but don't think you're doing some public service or something smart. 😂
Sell out.
