Yep just got back from Chicago. Went over to Southside, and it ain't that far from O Block. Oak Park is hardly run down to what I've seen in Chicago's hoods. When you have good housing valuations in an area especially like Oak Park in Sac. Consider yourself in a good neighborhood.
