Immersed | The BEST Quest 3 Workspace?

Ғылым және технология

In this video I take a look at the Virtual and Mixed reality workspace app Immersed. I was turned away from this app at first but upon giving it another look I must say, I'm EXTREMELY impressed. It has a lot to offer, sit back and have a look with me. If you have a Quest 3, Apple Vision Pro, or are looking forward to Immersed Team's Visor, then you need to see this. Using. your quest for work is still a bit nuanced but if if you have a group or a team that's willing to trail blaze and try out these features, it only helps shape what tomorrow will look like.
As always. Thanks for watching!

This is the last of a series of Workspace demos/walkthroughs. I really want to vibe with yall about gaming and entertainment too! As always thanks for watching!!! Can you tell what changed from the beginning of the video to the end? What can I say you all were right! Don't forget to like and subscribe A few things: Yes there is an option of using a Whiteboard but I didn't capture that. My bad. I couldn't get the webcam to work but it works the same as Horizon Workrooms, others will see your cartoon avatar. I couldn't show you telepresence but people in the same room with headsets can work together. EPIC!!!

Like porting the mouse and keyboard connected to your headset back to the desktop. That alone makes virtual desktop a better wireless choice, if that’s your need.

Immersed is targeting a different user base than VD. It's all about productivity with no focus on gaming.

Virtual Desktop is excellent, but as far as working is concerned, would love if they just added multiple screen support!

Gamifying something is NOT a good thing!!!! It's horrible in general and more so when it's a productivity app. On top of that, subscription models suck even more. I was excited for Immersed.. but now?????? I just don't now know.. those two things are giving me a very bad taste in my mouth. As to your videos: If you actually use these workspace apps to work with, PLEASE PLEASE show us an actual workflow. I have yet to find a single video where someone is actually working with them. Everyone is just demoing features like you..... and its highly annoying.

I think the gamification is the only way out. People need to make money for their app or get data from your usage and offer it for free”free” Otherwise you’re just supporting an app for free with no profit. I think apps that use our usage data as currency have conditioned us to expect things for free. There’s not many places for developers to turn. As I mentioned, good point maybe I’ll do a workflow livestream. 🤷🏽‍♂️ wasn’t aware people would watch that sort of thing
