What a peaceful and grounding practice, the type of practice that truly adds value to the day ahead. thank you so much for your guidance, i loved this practice. it felt so aligned for me today, for a number of reasons. today was the first time I've felt the sun in what feels like forever after a very grey winter here. I've also felt like I've been that in-between stage in so many areas of my life right now, especially with it being my last semester in college; there is so much possibility in what comes next. it's felt quite overwhelming being stuck in two different chapters of life, knowing one is soon to close. the reminder to embrace this in-between place and to allow things to unfold in their own time was much needed. sending you so much gratitude for the videos you put so much time and love into!!

In between, slow and in the moment❤ now.

Some really interesting balancing moments there and definitely some humility for me 😅 I'm soaking up every moment of this time to integrate the rest and recovery that my body and spirit have been asking of me over the season. Wonderful practice and I loved the theme. I was just realizing that this theme not only can apply to the transition from Winter to Spring, but also life & then you read that passage at the end of the practice. I feel I am in an Imbolic stage of my life right now so this was very timely.

Ohhh this is music to my ears! As we gain a deeper understanding of the seasons in nature, we can more easily recognize the “seasons” in our personal lives. It makes us more compassionate and understanding of our rhythms and how each season begets the next. When we recognize how each season is part of the whole, we can more easily see the wholeness of ourselves. ✨ I love hearing that you’re in a dawning phase right now.
