I loved the huntress, shooting arrow and full moon postures. I had wisdom coming in about what I'm working with this moon - slowing down even as others speed up/do more. "The huntress doesn't shoot at anything, she knows what she's aiming for."

I really loved the huntress flow! Just as @kategroves6273 said it made me feel connected, not only to my body but my strength in my femininity. I'm impressed with this video. I don't know if it's just me but the savasana seemed longer this time, and I really appreciate that. As always love the poem at the end during the fetal position, I feel like that really seals in the practice for me. Thank you!

Very enjoyable. My favorite move was cradling my leg while seated. I liked the lotus warrior too… I may be saying that incorrectly. But it felt a bit like airplane with both feet on the ground.❤

Yes! Sometimes I call it airplane lunge and use it as an alternative to warrior 3 (had to sneak in an extra warrior for the hunter's moon). So glad you enjoyed this one. see you soon!!

So amazing fyi the music in the back definitely had a very good affect during the flow! It definitely had me in a more meditative state and had more wisdom and understanding coming in! The huntress was definitely my favorite one thing I associated it with this pose is through Artemis they say that if you do the pose you did you release the negative energy others have given you! It definitely made me feel very empowered and feminine! Your flows and classes keep getting better and better! So excited and ready for the next class! I hope you had a great full moon! 🩵🩵🩵🎃

Omg this moons got me crazy! Restless sleepless and really difficult to drop into the practice this morning but that peaceful archer ✨✨ I’m now ready for the tofurkey hunt 😁💕 loved trying poses I’ve never done before thank you and happy full moon!! 🌕🐂🎉

All the hip openers please lol and I’m vegan 😄🌱It started early 2018 I got sober from alcohol from a period where I was using it to cope with life in general just very unhappy but not drinking it was like I awakened and meat started to smell like human flesh literally so I became vegetarian and then about a year and a half ago I became vegan but Halloween candy is my weakness lol
