Mucha gracias. Sí, hace un corte muy limpio y preciso, mucho mejor que cuando utilizo la sierra de calar sin ninguna guía. Ya tengo en mi canal una modificación con el soporte de los rodamientos detrás de la sierra, en lugar de en el lateral 😀

By the time you buy the plexiglass, glue, bearings and hardware to create this guide you you’ve spent more than you could buy a speed square and use a circular saw to make the same cut and faster. 😮

Este tipo de ideas son justo lo que necesito. Sin grandes máquinas. Estoy buscando una plantilla para usar con esta sierra y tomar férulas o listones de 1 cm de ancho. En esta plantilla, el ancho del listón se hace por la mitad del ancho de la base. ¿Me podrías dar una idea de un jig? Saludos, directo desde Brasil.

puedes usar la sierra circular en mesa con un disco poroso multiusos (de carbono) o mandarlo a cortar a laser (no es costoso)

Hallo, gute Idee. Aber…… viele Stichsägen, Handkreissägen haben eine Grundplatte die nicht ganz genau parallel sind das heißt wenn die beiden Schienen relativ lang sin, man als Mass eine solche Stich-Handkreissäge nimmt hat man am Ende unterschiedliche Abstände am Ende der . Somit klemmt es an einer Seite, oder an der anderen Seite hat man etwa etwas Spiel Soda die Maschine nicht präzise gerade sägt. Da Hof es auch nicht zwischen den Massen zu vermitteln, das Spiel bleibt. Da hilft es nur wenn man eine präzise kleine Platte unter die Maschine schraubt,. Sowie in diesem Video gezeigt wird. Gute Arbeit 👍

Yes, I have used this jig quite a lot and it keeps making perfect straight vertical cuts thanks to the bearings 😀

Refrescante ver un paisano que utiliza herramientas sencillas, disfruta con ello ...y lo transmite. Enhorabuena por tu primer video 'viral'. Seguro que has dedicado de largo más tiempo en la grabación y producción del video que en el trabajo de madera en sí... ja, ja. Muchas gracias. Si, la verdad es que la grabación y edición de mis vídeos me lleva más tiempo que el que realmente paso utilizando mis herramientas. Ojalá no fuese así, y podría pasar más tiempo en el taller 😃. Hmmm, llevo 11 años subiendo vídeos a KZread y parece que no me conoces de mis otros canales, uno con comentarios en Español y otro con comentarios en Inglés 😅. En este canal quiero hacer vídeos de forma más relajada, sin la presión de tener que hacer el trabajo de poner los comentarios

@@diyandwood Thanks for the fast response. Though my following question has nothing to do with your nice Jigsaw project - still let me ask, does Cynoacrylate leave any stains on in the plexiglas (acrylate) joints glued togehter?

Just use a miter saw or a circular saw and a quick square.

I like using the jigsaw. And, did you watch the video where I cut a big plywood circle? I cannot cut it with a circular saw. Maybe with a big table saw, but a big one. Or with a router, but the router makes quite a mess with lots of sawdust when cutting a circle 🙂

Hola. aquí en España yo encontré el metacrilato en una cristalería cercana. Las medidas de mis proyectos no las suelo poner, porque hago mis guías adaptadas a las máquinas de bricolaje que tengo y no suelo utilizar medidas 🙂
