I wish this type came in clear too but maybe eventually they will get it

Really great job. I'm having problems with clear waterslide decals which have some silvering due to the rough surface I lay them on. Do you lay them on a clear sanded coat or just on a base coat?

Do you have to seal paper stickers before resin?

Nice ive seen other artist use this technique .i bought some waterslide paper to do the same but didnt know they had this paper with the no spray

me neither until recently I just found it!

Definitely need to try this paper it’s in my Amazon cart as we speak 😂 I don’t think it’s considered cheating especially if you have a certain idea in mind.. Love how all this came out! I need to learn how to airbrush you do it so flawlessly!

How does the printer ink hold up it UV? Have you had anything exposed to the sun for any length if time?

Can you spray on the border with the airbrush without laying the clear coat first?

You could try. Worst case is you would have to clear coat anyway and then airbrush again

Are you printing those off on white water slide paper are clear just asking because I was told to get a good image you have to print it on white paper or it has to have a white background or something like that if not it will be transparent

How long do the applied images stay on the objects that you use? It would be a bit sad if they started curling/lifting around the edges after a few hours or days.

I have water slide decals on models I made in the 90s that are still good. I also once painted clear over transfer printed temporary tattoos. Worked better than you'd think.

I take it you don’t use Design Space to cut those? I can never get cuts that close.

I actually did use Cricut Design Space👍 I turn on the "Add Bleed". I have all the printer settings in the description

part of the bad guy's (Dragon Prime) story in the movie and how he is able to get his powers from the crystal since he doesn't have the pure blood of a hero.

At first watching this video a few weeks ago, I was like Awesome New Waterslide!! But in all Honesty it is Horrible. Every time I use it and it dries, it curls up. I have to put mod podge over it. The quality of the picture coming out is great. But it tears easily and as I said, not user friendly. I would say maybe it was a bad batch, but i purchased it twice, and it still happens. So Disappointing. Other than that, I LOVE this design and it came out phenomenal!!

Just go vinyl wrap, using digital art all the way. Loosing artists to cheaper options.

First time I've seen these waterslides. Cool stuff. But you are definitely a cheater. :-D

It is a theme bike for a movie you goof! Jason David Frank (aka The Green Power Ranger) had me paint this for his upcoming movie Legend Of The White Dragon - the rear fender has to do with the story line of the main bad guy.
