Nung Decmber 25 umuwi ako Iloilo D ko maapreciate ang city rhat time mahigko ang plibot sa city proper jaro, mandurriao, and other parts like diversion near carlos bakeshop ang waiting shed near sa vacant grabe tambak sang basura like plastics, plastic bottles etc center islands klat din basura....going to Megaworld...

Yup i agree to that... Because of the on going construction for the improvement of then city the traffic is the most affected.

Ilo-ilo is a small city it is not recomendable to be the 4th metropolitan city in the Philippines where most ilonggos are shouting for transformation. The next metropolitan city which is recommendable is CDO which is most developed city to compare Ilo-ilo. One thing to improve for CDO is the cleanliness.
