@cadillacman028 The Ilmor 650 and 725 are based on the gen IV block and the MV7-10, 625 and 570 are based on the old gen III block, so yes, they are based on the Viper motor, but build to Ilmor's spec's by themselves. In other words. A Viper motor and this one are not very similar at all. The build quality, materials and attention to detail, is in a completely different league. If you threw a Viper motor in a boat, it would not last long.

What props are on this when testing? Are they test wheels or low pitch props? Looks odd.
