1:09 the way the Gel cells s are arranged in a disc , reminds me of a view master 😀 7:00 are those duel Power supplies for redundancy? or is one the DMX control interface ?

Beam fixtures like these have arc discharge lamps in them. The second board being added at 7:00 looks to be the ballast that powers the lamp. That type of light source needs to be started or "struck" using a high voltage at high frequency in a similar fashion to flourescent bulbs. The ballast performs that job.

Automated lighting with manual assembly and gluing of color wheel lol. And those cooling fans reminds me of how they melted in my Pearl River XL1200 lights.

Thanks for sharing, You would think they would use slip rings in the rotating area's instead of feeding wiring looms through tubes though, but I guess the amount of work these do slip rings would wear out in the end!

The wires never move, they are routed through a space in the center so the fixture moves 'around' the wire.

Its a Lighting control console it has those slideres because it makes it easier to control the lights with them. As somone else said already it sends out dmx, which is a digital protocol.

I expected something more from the company like LG. The process was slow and sad, people doesn’t wear gloves, the whole assembly line is dirty and some people has no use during assembly, they just unwrap something and place it on top of the box. Its like high budget Pakistan line.

This is an ordinary Chinese factory "we will do anything, just give us instructions." It is obvious that the assembly line is not specialized for any specific product - there are no installation places for spare parts, no stationary places for hanging tools, just tables assembled from chipboard with sockets in a dusty building. The biggest problem is the complete absence of any quality control and the initiative of the Chinese manager, who can “show initiative” and change something just because he wanted) The basic rule with their products is to disassemble upon receipt and check that all bolts are in place and tightened properly.

They are not working hard enough. Probably being paid too much as well. Lots of room for improvement of the right management. Id have then working for 10 hours with no breaks and being paid as law as possible without being criminal. They need a conveyor belt that slowly gets turned up by 1% each day. Then just sack the people that can't keep up. When they start to go to the bathroom cubicles to cry you know you're close to peak efficiency..
