You think operators have fun in manufacturing? I work for a company that manufactures electronics in the US and our operators aren't smiling all day.

Для любого завода производящего акустику важный параметр является повторяемость физических показателей. Чем выше повторяемость - то выше стоимость изделия… сомневаюсь что многие решения сделанные «на глаз» способствуют качеству. А посмотреть конечно занятно. ;)

I was really surprised they build the both the driver and the cabinet in the same small factory.

Sense of finish and accuracy...amazing ❤❤❤❤❤ I would like to add that even the back plate is centered with a jig ..not many companies bother to do that .

I really love music, and I truly love these people. I want Chinese doctors to work diligently in restoring As Much Of Their Health, and WellBeing as possible from the exposure of the Carcinogens that are in those compounds. This, and their take-home pay should be raised exorbitantly higher than what they’re currently getting. If price increases are passed on, so be it! I, and everyone else who loves sound, have been witness to this presentation, having seen them quietly diligent in the exact intricacy, and detail of this fascinating building process. They have my utmost respect, and deep reverence.

Personally I think these speakers would suit 99% of us out there just fine. The parts are assembled by hand and look to be good quality. Not high end speakers but good enough for me

@alanrogs3990 I agree, as there will always be a high end market for almost every product. The issue at hand still is those who complain about BMW's and drive a Ford. Most of us still shop at Walmart, and hear our music on a TV sound bar, which is even less credible than the speakers here. I'm 63, I remember when many folks had stereo systems that cost more than a small car, then came boom boxes, iPods and now streaming music. There will always be those like your self that enjoys a premium product, and I applaud you for that, but we are talking about a much lesser version that appeals to the budget and sometimes audiophile.

@@TheBobdesigns4262 Yep but even these speakers seem to be for live settings, like DJ speakers or something like that. They might sound okay. I think the reason that 'audiophile' products are so expensive is due to their low sales not because they sound amazing, some do of course. A boutique shirt is almost the same as a Walmart shirt. But do yourself a favor and get some good speakers 😁. Leave the soundbar for tv shows.

Looking back, I didn't really know any better, and this is coming from a guy who had 6×9 Spark-o-matic speakers in his 1977 Chevy Vega wagon. "FREEBIRD!

By looking just at the connectors for the audio, these are actualy pretty high quality audio speakers lol. For those saying these are cheap. Yes probably 99% of speakers are made in china including big name brands lol unless youre talking about speakers that cost tens of thousands of dollars

this is my favorite video of all time

Being in several Chinese factories, I can guarantee many of the steps they're following were for the cameras only (the air blowing, protective covers used between steps, etc) . Once the crew left, they went back to their regular process

With a little more care and prescision jigs, these speakers could be transformed. Accurate cone weights, carefully using the correct amount of adhesive in the cone assemblies and accurate motor drive gaps would help a lot. Shame about the crappy speaker connectors - soldered joints would be so much better.

Around 16:03 you can see on the box farthest left it has on the enclosure "EV USA" if im not mistaken. But made in China.

Not all but most Chinese speakers I ever heard really fail in the their crossover design. Not a good sound.

@@alanrogs3990 big after market for upgraded crossovers. However going active is the best way. I prefer bi amping so as to eliminate the need for a crossover on my 2 ways.
