I'm a secretary for a migrant shelter and the money and help they receive is absolutely shocking. They allwork in the local car wash and get £356 a month for free , housing for free , food every day dropped off , and they earn a wage which is not taxable. It is getting worse England and I'm afraid its too late . They tell all there family to to England as it's the best life you could imagine.

My other half used to work in a restaurant in Canary Wharf where over half the staff all worked cash in hand. They used to brag in the staff room that they got their rent/council tax paid and free dental opticians and prescriptions. They were absolutely raking it in adding up to £5k plus a month (don't even start me on the mobility cars). The tax paying staff were sick of them and reported them to the DWP several times. NOTHING EVER HAPPENED TO THEM they were just laughing at the system!!!!!!!!!

When a British person with a southern accent goes for a job here in the UK they have to show proof they are eligible to live and work in the UK. This is just another insult to the British person.

The irony being the owner (who also has broken English) doesn't want to pay what he would have to pay a English person to do the job. And us brits don't want to pay more for our cars to be washed . And round and round we go .

@@medler2110 I wouldn't know the exact figures but most def there's 100% going to be a mix of genuine and fake ones. The home office process and the European human rights laws have been putting a choke hold on many deportations sadly, then caseload is too big etc that everything is a delay. Canada on avg does upto 4 months, UK between 1-3 years depending on how complex your case is.

@@teem5642 They are coming over from France, a safe country, so those purporting to be 'asylum seekers' have no legal right to enter the UK, they should be making such claims in France, in fact they should have made their claims in the first safe country they entered, as the system dictates. However, in reality the great majority of Channel hoppers are 'destination' economic migrants, the 'advance guard' of youngish adult males who pave the way for others to follow. Needless to say, when picked up and escorted in by Border Force or RNLI these men have already dumped any identifying documentation as well as their cellphones. They have been well briefed by their criminal handlers. They are illegal immigrants. The Conservatives still don't appear to understand they are finished at the next GE if this issue isn't fixed.

The UK government needs to turn back the boat’s like Australia has done. These so called "asylum seekers" have arrived in Mainland Europe and are no longer in danger. They have no basis to seeking asylum in the UK. I think the UK government should open a refugee processing centre on the Orkney Islands, and allow them to sit it out there for up to two years, and if they no longer want to seek asylum, then they can be sent back to their country of origin for free...

UK taxpayers are being treated as mugs. If they get accommodation, food, and spending money and are still working for cash why would they not want to come to the UK 😢 The worrying thing is that I don't think we have a party in the UK that will put an end to this

10 years ago I went onto job seekers temporarily and one evening my neighbours asked me to babysit their kid for the night and in exchange I come over the following day for a roast dinner. I lived alone so a roast sounded great. Following Tuesday I was called in to the job centre to explain my “working”. I kid you not, I was sanctioned. I got something like £37 a fortnight. My 4 hours “work” they estimated I earned over £100. 😂 I had no money for 3 weeks after that. So you don’t even need to be working if you’re English born and bred. They just sanction you for made up reasons. Another time I had to cycle 10 miles in the pouring rain. I arrived wetter than the ocean and 2 minutes late. I was struck off and had to re-apply. 6 weeks no money that time.

They will not be allowed to land the following time, and will be immediately sent back. By arranging the boats for them, those who are already within the nation should also be expelled. Giving them food and water upon arrival and sending them back by the same boats with the warning after a short period of rest is the best and most efficient solution to address the illegal immigration boat situation.

Maybe the companies like Serco should be made to pay tax and national insurance for any of their “illegals” caught working. Plus a surcharge.

Don’t punish this people just make the business to register them and when they are work in they should contribute for they accomodation

So in Australia, I worked with asylum seekers and they were all working. Collecting money and free everything from church charities. Church members would drop in bags of fruit etc for them while they worked cash in hand. One group were painters and one guy had 2 cars valued at $120 k. Most of these guys were caught by the Federal government as they were investigating money laundering and large cash payments going overseas. It was designed to catch drug deals but picked up tens of thousand welfare recipients sending money home. Until the UK finds its b@lls nothing will change.

UK seems to have lost it's balls.

Why not go after the Deliveroo and Ubereats drivers for instance.. some are renting the App account profile and the motorbikes from abroad.. even before getting into the UK, as a "tourist visitor". It's a scam hard to find out but not impossible. A friend of mine, after placing an order, had an issue with the driver, who could not speak English anyway; then she realised that he was not the same guy on the app. She then tried to raise the issue with Ubereats with no resolution 🙁. So it's a scam, they pretend to be a genuine tourist, pass through the "fierce" immigration officials and are let in with no suspicions whatsoever. Result: They are illegals and do not pay tax, hold fake documentation, rent ilegal rooms in ilegal properties with fake landlords (a mafia), driving without UK license(or holding fake ones) and with no insurance etc.. If certain crimes are committed by them, it would be impossible to catch as they live totally under the radar. 😶.

I know the cleaners mafia too. I can hear them speaking Brazilian portuguese anywhere I go in Britain. They are finding it so easy to be working illegally in the UK, that the mafia are now openly advertising jobs positions with no uk settlement documentation required. Apparently a kind of card(can't remember the name) is issued etc.. Not to mention they manage to loan money in our high streets banks, then go back home. Come back into the UK again, facing the "fierce immigration officials" then repeat the process till they get tired. There's much more I hear about. If the home office got into the online Brazilian groups, they would be having to work very hard. Like an old American president once said: "Brazil is not for beginners". Hard core criminals are getting into the UK and we should care.

Our silence and inaction en mass is facilitating our own demise.
