Awh thank you! Honestly, I had no idea what I was doing at the beginning of this and I still don’t. Teaching myself as I go!

Is the base connected / secured to the floor or wall as well?

Thank you! I’m learning as I go but luckily I was surrounded by handy people growing up. Plus, when it’s my own house I feel less nervous about messing things up, so I try new things and worry less! I just looked up those doors and they are really nice! I installed the panel moulding that I put on the doors, in my living room, and the intent was to one day put it on the other bedroom walls. I wanted it to look sort of hidden? I’m sure those ones would have looked nice too!

Hi! We can’t seem to find any doors that are larger than 19 5/8”… and we are choosing the 29.5” wide wardrobe….we’ve watched and can’t seem to figure out the door option? Great video!

Hey, that’s why I have the one skinny door. They only make two door options, the ~19 and ~9. In my wardrobe I have 2 x 19 sections and 1x 29 section (a 19 door and a 9 door on that section). Hope that helps.

Loving this pax series!! How did you get the wooden shims behind the wardrobes to attach them to the wall? Did you attach them to the wall or wardrobe before you pushed the wardrobes into place? Trying to get my head around it!! Thanks 😊

Thank you!!! I was totally winging it with this project and it would have been smart to attach the shims to the wardrobe before but I didn’t. If I did it again I would try to do that!

It’s from target! I got it in 2019 when the borders were still open to bring it across!

Curious why you didn't put wider one in the middle for symmetry?

I believe it was due to the doors! I didn’t want the skinny door to end up in the middle, I wanted it towards the wall so it didn’t draw as much attention

This is part 1 of 3! The pax wardrobe is built in with baseboard, crown moulding, and panel moulding to look custom and built in!
