It is true that before iit you need to study atleast 7 to 8 hours a day but once you get into it 3 to 4 hours arer enough.

I visited this institution last year. I had a lunch their that was nice.i enjoy that day.

Given a choice between Perfect job and perfect relationship.. Always go for a perfect relationship.. You will land up with a perfect job sooner or later... Perfect relationship is as good as cracking the IIT of life.. 😁😁

Not about others but for me it works lot. Meanwhile:- just a general ans not trying to be superior.

So almost all people in IIT sleep at about 2~5 am zone, So indirectly you are supposed to turn into a night person. I agree the competitiveness and it is part of being in IIT. But the academics & extracurricular activities pushes all these IITians to superhuman zones.

I also had the same view before coming to iitd campus but after coming here I got shock when I realised, alot of them had been or are currently in relationship plus they are so mature, they manage their studies and relationship and other things so well that I almost felt jealous. Reality is very different than the stereotypical views.
