In small towns, Women neither go out alone or nor hangout at night time as the society is conservative hence you don't hear such news from there. If women start going out at night in the other parts of India then even they will be assaulted. Crime against women is way too common than you think and government should bring strict rules and laws to protect our women. Men need to change their mentality as well. They should know that women are not objects. We are living beings. Also Delhi being the capital city is always in limelight. Imagine if the capital of India is in such derogatory condition then what would be the condition of other states/ cities/ towns and villages? Sometimes, due to the fear of shame and family pressure, women don't go out and complain about the wrong doings they faced.
