I'm planning to take data science either as a minor elective in the other IISERs or directly in IISER TVM /IISER bhopal(engineering sciences). So should I get a gaming laptop or a macbook air M1(comes at around 81k online). I know apple is world class but for machine learning/AI , do apps which require core graphics resolution like RTX 3050/RTX 3060 are needed? Please help

Please bro don't buy 2 in one laptop. I will really recommend you to go with a macbook m1 if you have a budget of 70-80k. Otherwise go with portable laptops. And bro you can refer to ipad instead of laptops which is really very useful in iiser.

Bro I will recommend you iiit dharwad over jiit, because in future their average salary may increase diresctly and maybe they have branches like mechanical which decrease their average and they have very nice faculty and the tag of IIIT also matters. But if you are interested in basic science then anyday iiser is far far better as that college as it will provide you great opportunities rather than placements. So according to me choose between IIIT dharwad Or IISER K. One more thing the medium package of jiit and dharwad most likely be the same and my friend also chose iiit bhagalpur over that which is most likely lower than dharwad.

Sir, for abroad studies which is the best among IISER bhopal, NIT Trichy, MNNIT Allahabad (MSc Mathematics) .

RGIPT and IISER both are top colleges in India I will recommend you to go with rgipt and don't worry about the fee too much after 4 years you can recover all that. But if you are interested in science then iisers are best in the country just after iisc. So you go with that only if you are interested in science. And believe me both carriers are great. And one more thing if you are interested in studying in usa or europe for higher studies then again iiser will be more recommended.
