Use this video on a daily basis for each week, repeating whatever sound I make. Once a day is fine, but if you mean business with improving your tone, use it twice daily - morning and night, like a doctor's prescription. The thing is this, the more you do the drills, the better your tone becomes.
Finally, make good effort to make the sounds the way I make them. Do not think of them as words, but as sounds. Try as much as possible to match my sound. It will pay very little if you're not saying the words right.
Now, I know you may fall among the many who do not even hear the difference in the sounds. A hum has usually fixed this for my one on one students. I will be uploading a video shortly to the public page on this. Be sure to check it out when I make the upload.
