    Oh for sure, I've dabbled in some rock climbing in a gym decades ago, I'm under no delusion that it is easy, that's why I've been binge watching it for days now :) Adam Ondra, Alex Megos, Alex Honnold, Alex Puccio, all my favorites so far.

    If you aren't aware (you probably are), climbing gyms feature bouldering as well - and some of them specialize in them, just have to call around.

    @Dean The fag boi you actually can there is equipment that helps you train or test grips strength. Cant isolate it from arm power as well. But it look like a ball with a short chain and stick attached to it with like a base at the end of the stick. You put the weights on the stick with the base underneath and try to hold the ball up in the air. Can give you a pretty good idea of fingerstrengths since a pro climber can do weights with ease that a bodybuilder would be strugglingto pick up

    @The Big Game Theory Trust me, it's much MUCH more than just fingerstrength. There's pinch strength, grip, finger, arms and shoulders, abs, back, and a ton of other smaller muscles involved, as well as a good deal of flexibility.

    I've tried something similar but if you don't have the arm strength and aren't relatively flexible you're gonna have a bad time. I was hanging with one arm most of the time just because I had no idea where to go lmao
