Are these tips based on assumptions? Most organizations are based on feudal models...that might work differently from another organizational model?

3:15 not really The definition of "judgement" is vague in this case isn't it We judge to make inferences and conclusions, whether it be of environment or people etc. Etc.

I think he meant criticism (harsh criticism to be exact I think) instead of actual "judgement".
