If You're STUCK In Hybrid Freeze/Fawn Trauma Response

Join LIVE Zoom Meeting In Thrivers School of Transformation: www.micheleleenieves.com/offe...
Trauma is not as much what happened to you as much as it is the story, the unmetabolized energy STUCK in your body!!! True transformation only takes place when you begin to learn about you and uniting your MIND and your BODY together! In this membership we have a different theme each month and we meet LIVE weekly on zoom and work through the pieces of the healing journey together as a community.
Affordable LIVE Support: Video courses are great, but they can never replace the valuable feedback you can receive by working with a live coach, together with other thrivers!
Most coaches (myself included) charge an average of $125/hour for one on one assistance. In this economy that is very challenging! This membership offers between 9 - 12 LIVE meetings per month offering Group Support, Group Coaching, EFT Sessions, and Breathwork Sessions. Combining Cognitive Learning together with Somatic Modalities with Live Support. The value of this would be between $1,125 - $1,500. Yet you get ALL of this for just $79/month! You do not have to heal alone nor does it have to break the bank!

You are so amazing! Wow!! You’ve saved my life Michele. I am so grateful for this information and validation. I just recently discovered you. It is SO amazing that there IS a name for this abuse and how the characteristics of these people are similar across the board. I can’t thank you enough for sharing your insights and wisdom!

about what you said about the mind knowing what to do but the body not responding, as a typical fearful-avoidant attached/freeze-fawn trauma response (it is genuinely mind blowing how they're all distinctive classifications that define those same issues) I struggle a lot with showing up for myself and setting boundaries, and of course I am in a relationship with a recovering narcissist. So, after an awful fight, I retreat and isolate for weeks and then reached him out to start a conversation about healthy boundaries. I certainly was anxious all day bc of it and when the night came, I went there, sit on the couch, and as I was speaking my whole body started to shake violently and uncontrollably, I was terrified, I felt like I just killed somebody and my body was in shock. Looking back it was funny, but it's actually not funny bc I couldn't make to end my statement and I had to call an uber and leave bc I was sooo triggered, my nervous system totally out of control and It took several days to go back to a more grounded state. So weird tho.

Yes, it’s like taking a job where you have all of the responsibility but none of the authority. Like being a pharmacist. Like being in the military. It sucks.

Being seen means danger. So you end up playing dead emotionally, and socially with the unsafe people in your life. Then it's hard to come alive with safe people and safe environments.
