Ingredients:
- 130 grams of yogurt (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 50 grams of sugar (1/4 cup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 290 grams of wheat flour (1+1/2 cups)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Filling:
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg white
Additionally:
- 1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon milk
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 18 minutes.
